Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI initially got a charge on my credit card much higher than the nightly rate I booked and at check in they presented nightly rates much higher (double or triple the rate booked through booking.com). Though after showing my booking.com confirmation and direct confirmation of the hotel of my booked rate they corrected the charge to me. The hotel had a laundry with a washing machine and dryer though it was out of order while I was there. There was wifi though it was a completely open network, was not fast and at times not reliable.
The room was really good and comfortable, it beat my expectations from the photos and seemed to be new. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to take me downtown not just to the airport which was very handy.

United StatesCarpet could use an upgrade. I was charged the full amount for my room when I checked it, and when I checked out at the end of my week, I was charged again. Staff not helpful in resolving, said I needed to wait. If it wouldn’t have been for the fact that I really did enjoy my room, that over charge would’ve ruined everything.

United StatesThe rooms were old and the bathroom had items that were “fixed” but not finished. The walls had raw sparkle and rooms were in need of an update. Technology was old keypads were dated technology.
The staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful. I needed to get some things from the general store and the shuttle driver drove me and waited for me to get what I needed. Above and beyond.

United StatesI was told they did wake-up calls and requested one for Thursday and Friday morning, never received either call. I was almost late for my class on Thursday as a result. Notified person at desk Thursday morning that the TV in my room wasn't working. I asked if someone could check it out. I was informed that they could do that but I could fix it myself by following the instructions she gave me. She then implied that I could go back to my room and try it etc when I informed her that I didn't have time and wouldn't be back until evening. That evening the TV still wasn't working but I did what she told me and it finally worked. I had to do this every time I turned the TV on.
The person on duty when I checked in, Wednesday evening, was fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming. I also liked the very well lit bathroom.

United StatesHad a problem in the pool there were kids trying to jump my nephew for splashing the water and because he is a different race and is autistic ... the other kids went to get there parents which came down and was very rude towards my nehepw and making smart remarks about him and toward me so I had to remove me and my nephew and my own children from the pool staff did not do anything about these kids or there parents

It is very close to Omaha Eppley airport and I have stayed here when I've had a late flight in and didn't want to drive the long trip home late at night. It's a good basic hotel with good parking, safe location, and quiet. I keep coming back so they are doing things right.

United StatesThe staff, counter in particular, is horrible. Should not be in the customer service industry. Staff family members seem to run that hotel. Between the smell of pot. a car with blaring music every night in the parking lot, family members using a pool that is "closed" for guests. We were forced to change rooms half way through our stay. We were ready to leave!!

The breakfast was good and always well stocked. I like the location between the airport and downtown. I realize it was a busy weekend for Omaha with the shuttle but they did the best they could and was mostly accommodating to getting us where we needed to go to.
