I asked for same room as my last. That didn’t happen. It was very noisy. The bed made noise every time you move. Could hear outside traffic all night.

This was a non-smoking hotel, but the first room we were assigned smelled strongly of smoke. The front desk cheerfully assigned us to another room. Our room was far from the pool area so we were not affected by sounds or smells from that area.

Neighborhood a little sketchy. Room next to the pool extremely noisy, but I will say that the pool closed at 9, so quiet after that.

The bed felt like the mattress was worn out. The hotel in general was rather run down - although it looked like a paint job was in progress in the halls the door to the room barely cleared the wall of the "closet", making it difficult to get in and out with a suitcase.

the staff were outstanding - friendly and helpful Lots of options at the breakfast buffet the room was clean - staying at a 2 star, clean and safe are my top priorities, and this hotel was both it was quiet after hours

The hwy noise is sooo bad. Stay on south side and you don't hear it but on north side holy hell. I was there post surgery and it was hard to sleep. Will stay agian I'll just request room on south like had first visit.

The first room I had flooded the tub when taking a shower but they moved us with no hesitation.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast wasnt bad at all to be honest some of the best biscuits and gravy I had for a hotel.

The beautiful pool closes at 9pm. Other hotels we’ve ever stayed at (in other cities) are usually 11pm. I live in the city and only got a room at this hotel so my kids could enjoy the beautiful pool, our dinner ran late at the restaurant we were at so we missed the pool. Woke up and had to check out. I asked if they could swim for a little bit at least and staff told me unless I pay for another night we don’t get to use any amenities and need to leave right away. Disappointed to spend $100 for my girls to swim and they didn’t get to.

The AC unit was very noisy, and the external noises from the pool area and front desk made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. One night of this is tolerable.

The hotel accommodated our dogs. The front staff was great - highly responsive and friendly.

The Bad: Bed needs replacement, very springy and not at all comfortable. The bathroom is so ridiculously small, you stand at the toilet to open /close the door. The tub needed repair and didn't feel as clean as the rest of the room-The shower curtain is cloth and I feel it should be disinfected since the tub is kinda narrow and it rubs against you. Also, the hallway smelled like cigarette and perfume... not awesome. Our room overlooked the parking lot which I liked, because several other guests were kind of shady. People cut through the parking lot at all hours and on our last night, there was some strange lights going off, and what appeared to be headlights pointed directly at our room for hours, except they were extremely bright, like search lights, no idea what it was.

The Good: Staff was very nice, it was clean, competitively priced and eight off the freeway. The coffee was excellent!

No hot tub.

The pool was very nice. The water was warm when you got in and it wasn't overly chlorinated. We only wish there would of been a hot tub. But the pool was nice. The waterfall by the pool was very nice and made it feel tropical.

We enjoyed it very much. The one chair doesn't roll good but no problem. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable so we had a nice stay. Thank you we will recommend this place.

Everything here was to the same standard as the last time I stayed. Notable improvements were in the breakfast offerings with waffles now added to the options available. I chose to come back because I wanted familiar surroundings and trustworthy staff. As a single female traveler, it's important to stay where you feel safe and secure. I do here.
