Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesRooms need updated meaning painted, the fact that there were so many ppl begging for money. The people in the room beside were in and out of there room all night. There was no shampoo or body wash so had to make a trip to walmart. Everywhere you went from inside the to outdoors it smelt so badly of weed. An the motel is right beside I-70 so it sounds like the traffic is going to come right through your door. Oh and speaking of the door it didn't shut all of the way sucked cause it's a sketchy area to be in anyways. And back to the room, it had 3 towels folded very nicely on the sink. Went to get out of the shower only to grab what appeared to be a tiny little floor towel that was nasty smelling. So grabbed the other one which was folded nicely only to unfold and had food fall out of. Highly disappointed. And i forgot to mention the air conditioner didnt even work correctly, ran it on 60 all evening and through out the night and it never cooled the room.The beds are broke down and slant. Only thing positive was leaving early that morning.
