This property is poorly maintained and needs desperate upgrades. The bathroom faucet was falling apart. The main window is cracked. The front door sweep is missing which allows cold air, people's cigarette smoke and noise to come in. The ceiling and walls were full of damage. The room is right by the front door to the inn...tons of vehicle noise and people talking at all hours. The bathroom has no counter at all....just a sink.

Not too much unfortunately. Room 211 is terrible. The bed was clean & comfy though.

It was very old and dirty. One of the three rooms smelled like cat urine and was not useable.

Supposed to be non-smoking but the room wreaked of cigarettes. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread and in the bathtub. Box spring was terrible. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Hallways stank so bad they had to periodically spray them with deodorizer. They didn't read the notes I sent ahead of time on booking.com about our service animal and tried to charge us a pet fee. I found it ironic that they would even care considering the deplorable conditions of the room.

At departure, The receptionist was fine. But her Apparent husband/janitor came against her to answer in a very gruffy manner to tell me rudely to leave the keys on desk. No coffee pot, no extra blanket in room, no service from him. She was ok.

Since my last stay at this Rodeway, they have completed rennovated the place so my room was much nicer yet the price didn't go up.

nothing! It was filthy. it smelled like cigarettes and urine. there was section 8 housing throughout the hotel. these people left tons of trash outside there rooms. they kept their doors open and talked across the hall to eachother. their children ran up and down the halls being loud. my bathroom sink leaked. there was no screen in the window so I could not get fresh air. there were 2 giant disgusting stains on the couch in my room. there were cleaning and repair items stored in the hallway. the hotel said breakfast was included. it was not.

This place is trash. Couldn't pay me to stay there again. Window frame was broke so the window didn't shut. The bathroom smelled like the inside of a gravity Bong. The TV didn't work. There was a 2 gallon jug of spaghettios just sitting on the roof outside the room. For 120+ dollars for one night I'd sleep better on the bathroom floor of a frat house. Don't do it. I don't leave reviews ever. Just don't go here

As soon as you walk in the door everything is completely dirty there's burn cigarette holes in everything rips all in the covers you walk towards the bathroom the entire bathroom is dirty and nasty dirt all in the tub all over the sink burn holes rips stains all over everything nothing works everything's broke there was no breakfast the juice machine was giving out straight concentrated juice with no water added to it it was broken everything in the room and building was broke and dirty I was scared to get under the sheets scared to wash my body or put my kids in the tub scared to walk on the floor because everything was completely dirty in the heat did not work and the attended behind the counter just called me and blame me for something I did not take a brown cover I told him to have a nice day because I did not take it and the room was nasty anyway

There was no breakfast (breakfast was advertised). The property is listed as “per friendly,” and on arrival, I was told to pay $20 in cash for our dog. The sign on the door of the room said $8. It was a no smoking room, with multiple signs warning of fines for smoking, and our room reeked of (you guessed it) old smoke. . There was a Kleenex stuffed into the bathroom vent, the fixtures in the bathroom were cracked or poorly repaired, the bed spreads had weird stains on them, the smoke detector had no indicator light on it (we have the same kind at home; it was clearly not hooked up and had no battery), and when I went to put some things in the fridge, it was unplugged, so I pulled it out to plug it in and water dumped out because there were several items still in the freezer, including green beans and ice cream bars, all warm, soft and beginning to rot. We’ve stayed in hotels in poor countries, and they had run-down facilities, but they were clean. This place was pretty icky, and I’ve got fairly low standards. And to cap it off, I couldn’t get the woman at the front desk to give me a printed receipt. Totally sketchy hotel, I would not recommend to anyone.

I was supposed to be in a non smoking room. There were cigarette burns in the couch and the blanket on the bed. The smoke detector was disabled and missing. We found it in the drawer with the hair dryer which was supposed to be hanging in the bathroom. The staff clearly do minimal work. Everything was stained. Had only 5 minutes to determine suitability of the room, which was not enough time to find all of the issues, as we were attending a performance and needed to leave quickly. The breakfast area was dirty and poorly supplied, not to mention the garbage and pill bottles behind the front desk. We had to press a ring doorbell to get someone to come to the front to make sure we were checked out.

Nothing, worst hotel I have stayed in for the price. It was not clean.

Identification because it has been stolen. She had to go to another hotel and I want my money refunded.
