The tv was very disappointing. Only basic cable. No smart tv. Not even a dvd player. Pretty bummed about that.

The staff was not inviting. They were trite. I asked for a restaurant that was open late. When I asked for directions, she simply said down the street. When I asked again, she responded in an irritating way, "Down the street." All in all, the staff was not very friendly. I understand that this is a tourist town. We live in a tourist town as well but it is not an excuse to be rude.

Broken elevator, rooms too hot, shower water pressure really low, smoke detector on 2nd floor kept signaling low battery and wssnt repaired for 2 days! Lack of communication on why they couldnt repair shower pressure or cool down room/floor.

The room was super small, not quite like any of the photos we saw. There were hairs left in the shower from a previous guest, as well as some stuck in the blanket on the bed. The price was way too high for the quality of the space. From my experience, the only thing that set it apart from the hotel down the street at half the price was that they had more staff at the front desk more regularly.

Well, you have to realize this is an old hotel, so rooms are a little funky. Also, the elevators are old and need a little work. We are without hot water for 24 hours and had to complain, but they refunded us the cost for one night. So that is a big plus that the company will work with you to keep you happy.

We ate breakfast every morning down in the restaurant and the food was very good. One morning they got my husband’s order wrong but they fixed it very quickly. The location of the hotel is pretty good because you’re close to downtown. The front desk staff was exceptional and very helpful. They made sure to order us a taxi for 3 AM and it actually showed up!

Town is rundown for a capital city and full of tacky jewelry stores.

Not many choices of places to stay in this town so this was the best option.

The hotel in general needs a little bit of help...areas look old and kind of dirty even when maybe they aren't. So I think is a little expensive for what you get. The bed was too soft for me. And we definitely could use some AC!!

Lee at reception was AWSOME, he really helped with my booking and providing the room location that I asked for. Comfortable room with everything I needed. I ordered breakfast a la cart and the lady that served was really nice helping with my requests. Really nice staff helping with taxis, concierge etc.

When we got there, the heater was stuck on. It never shut off even when the windows open it wouldn’t cool the room down. They finally moved us at 1:30 in the morning.

Very noisy couldn't sleep. There is a drain pipe outside the window room 426. It made loud noise all night. Spoke with reception next day and they were aware of the noise but books they room anyway.
