Bathroom was tired and grubby. The door was very dirty. Carpet was so patterned that you couldn't tell what was stains...I suspected it was not that clean.

The location was handy for getting into Boston. Close to local amenities too.

The SMELL of the room , and the furniture (especially couch and hassock) was probably OLDER than I was and I was there attending my 40 year HS reunion! That once leather hassock had tears, pieces missing, and just looked horrible. The couch I would not sit on as it has obviously not even been wiped in quite some time. Then, the "Continental breakfast" which I confirmed at check-in was non existent the Sunday morning we checked out. Sadly we will choose elsewhere next time.

Location was good for the tri Town area we were visiting.

It would be really helpful to have a much clearer sign on the road. The Knights Inn sign is hard to see at night because there is a very big black sign right above it. There should also be reflectors indicating the little dark road that you turn on.

The Pool wasnt open, really a bummer especially in 90 degree weather. There was nothing on site that mentioned it would be closed.

Clean" the roomed smelled like fresh cleaning products when you entered.

We booked mainly for the pool, which was closed and we didn’t know until after we arrived, no warning on page or we would’ve booked elsewhere. Also woken up at 3:30 because a car was loundly being towed from lot.

Easy check in, clean room. Nice and cool, easy to access restaurants and other businesses.

There was no shower curtain in our bathroom-room 214. Nice There was no breakfast, at least the clerk made no mention of it and he was not very helpful. My grandson needed you use the restroom while I was checking in, and he told him you can use the one in your room.

You cannot walk anywhere from the room as the motel is surrounded by highways on all sides. I had to book last minute as there was an issue with my planned accomodation and I was stranded unless I booked a taxi.

The room was super spacious and very comfortable. The room was clean, especially the bathroom, which is super important!

The cleanliness of the room.

The staff was amazing! We had booked a room online and thought the one we chose allowed pets but when we got there we found out it didn’t. No big deal, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and even showed us the room we could get before we accepted the change. He was very nice and accommodating! The property was nice and in a good location. However, the room wasn’t that clean. The bed was fine and the bathroom for the most part was clean but the other furniture (night stands, tv, desk) was not clean at all and the walls weren’t clean. Felt a little pricey for that room. They were short staffed though so I didn’t expect everything to be perfect. Overall I’d give it a 7 out of 10

Stink bugs ,also a few fleas and no grab bars for shower

The beds were ok , needs a few remodeling tips ,fix the pool ,steps need fixing to high for older folks like me ,only one ice machine and the rate was a bit steep for this type of motel , and a family of stinkbugs joined my stay other wise I will probley not stay here again

Room needed redecorating, toilet lever needed repair, bed creaked loudly on exiting and ok for me (a good sleeper) but between 2 highways with traffic all night. Light sleepers could have a harder time, put on white noise A/C !
