The front office seemed a bit shabby but the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful.

Very good customer service! We had an issue with our first room. When we notified the front desk we were moved to a different room, that turned out to be better for us. Responsive and chèerful staff. Great location for transit with 2 frequent busses going past the door.

The only thing I would mention was that the main bedroom area had no working light on the ceiling; there was a window with great entry to sunlight during the day, just at night all you had was the bedside lamps for lighting or the light by the door for illumination so it's pretty low lit at night. But that's the only issue, everything else was so good it didn't even matter

The room was spacious enough for me and my brother, we had a closet for some clothes and the main room had open space for our luggage. The refrigerator was a great size as well and they had a great shower with plentiful supplied towels. Noise level was never an issue in my stay, and the free parking helped so much as well. Just a lovely spot all around.

The room is too small and outdated but it's a room.

Great location. A hidden gem actually. Close to downtown. 5 muns away from Dodger stadium and Echo park. Close to old Hollywood where alot of movies were shot. Great bar and restaurant right next door. If you need to know anything about LA ask for George he's an awesome dude and very helpful. And most important the Parking is FREE.

No breakfast on the property but they do have coffee and tea service and there’s a bakery across the street that was good. Maybe a bigger parking lot or visitor parking since the restaurant next door eats up all the street parking.

The mattress was nice and soft, as were the pillows. I’ve never seen a tub so white and clean in a low priced hotel and that attention to detail is what sold me completely. I will be booking again, especially with the gated and free parking.

I’m used to a Tempur-pedic mattress at home so the mattress was firm to me. Blanket was older type: warm but a little scratchy. No longer has breakfast.

Accessible location to downtown, free parking in a garage. Nice renovated room. Didn’t hear any traffic even though it’s next to a freeway. Just heard some street sounds. There was a bar under my room but no problem. The “liquor store across the street” that I read about in reviews is gone, replaced by condos.

Having to get luggage up about 6 steep steps to the hallway was not too fun. Fortunately the office staff was very helpful in facilitating that for us. Traffic noise was a bit of an issue.

We were traveling thru LA on the train and had an overnight stay in LA. This hotel was close proximity to train station. We did not see any homeless people in the immediate area and the area/ streets was very clean. It felt safe though we didn't wander around.
