Sheets & Pillow Cases should be changed Daily for new Guests. Rooms should be Sanitized with Lysol or some other type of disinfectant so Guests don’t get to feelin’ sickly.

I had to move the microwave to the kitchen area because the plug was overloaded. No ice machine

We had a room on the back side of the building. I think iut was the best . I was able to have my door open and it looked out over a field. It was very peaceful

What I didn’t like about the property was the gloominess of the room, the cobwebs in the ceiling, the dirty toilet that I had to clean, the dilapidated chair with the torn cushion fabric and the very dirty armchair. That dilapidated chair is surely going to break when someone sits on it. I had to be constantly reminding my husband to not sit on it. During inspection of the room we were given on our arrival, we noticed the lights above the vanity were not working and there was a strong smell of faeces in the cabinet that contained a microwave and a refrigerator. I went to the front desk to let her know and asked for disinfectant to clean the cabinet. I cleaned it but the scent was still there. While trying to see why the microwave was not working, I pulled it forward and found that it was unplugged and behind it was a dirty wash cloth with brown stains, the culprit of the faecal smell. See picture featured as Lobby. I went back to the office and the Attendant told me that she would put us in another room the next day. She was very accommodating to all my needs that night and I appreciated that. The next morning we moved to the room next door where we spent the rest of our stay.

What I liked about the property was its location and its clean grounds and exterior.

Place needs major renovations. Ceiling was crumbling in my room. Room certainly did not look like it was cleaned. I did not even want to take a shower there. Tub must have been worked on in the past. Sealed it with concrete instead of caulk or grout.

The room was not sanitary. There were “blood colored” stains on the furniture, some hair in my bed sheets, and a cigarette burn in the fleece blanket. And the wall a/c unit was filthy and was hot earlier in the night, then freezing by early morning. I don’t understand why a cheaper hotel has to be a bad quality hotel in terms of cleanliness. This was definitively not worth the money I paid.

The location was fine in a quiet rural location. I was glad to find a plain room with “three” double beds because I was traveling with two other guys. And so we all got our own bed. And the space in the room was nice.

I cannot complain. I booked this property knowing what to expect and overall I believe it exceeded those expectations.

Excellent value considering the cost of traveling today. The beds were also very, very comfortable for being the best budget place I could find.
