Property was under construction, so it was a bit noisy. Prices were opportunistically raised to exorbitant levels during Mothers weekend at the university.

Property location was close to UIUC campus, which is what we wanted.

It was worn and the facility and room showed it. The water in the bath didn’t work properly the beds were visibly worn. The breakfast food was sad and some of it cold

I didn't like the bath tub in room 115 (Champaign IL). It looked dirty but needed to be reglazed. It was chipped and cracked so I didn't shower or bathe. There was food from last guests left in fridge. So I didn't use fridge.

Customer service was great. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to room.

The smoke detectors are battery operated and it of course needed replacement at 4:30am. Fortunately, the staff reacted quickly. Also, there was group guests walking down the hall randomly knocking on room doors at about 9:30 just to be disruptive.

The location is very convenient for my needs. The rooms are clean, and the staff is always pleasant.

Strange people walking around parking lot. Breakfast was ok - could have had waffles and bacon or bagels.

The hallways smelled musty and like weed, there were air diffusers in the hallway. Not enough parking for each entrance of the building - hallways don’t connect through easily. The plastic casing of the shower curtain rod was cracked and ready to fall off. The fridge and microwave weren’t in a cabinet as pictured in the room and the microwave didn’t work. The breakfast was disgusting - the food was cold despite being in food warmers. The biscuits and gravy tasted like toothpaste - the breakfast potatoes were severely undercooked. The orange juice was complete water and the apple juice was started to go diluted. The coffee was burnt to the point of not being able to drink it. There’s barely any seating in a tiny room for breakfast. Was also never notified of hotel renovations going on. Would never recommend staying here.

The hotel and our room was very humid and muggy--damp which caused a weird smell. I feel this place could use some upgrades, particularly in the bathroom as the tub was peeling. But overall, not a bad stay.

Wanted king suze bed but none were availabke, very low beds, had a ground floor room (heard outside noise), room was very near the entrance door (heard people coming in and out sll night)

The entry wasn’t welcoming. Old plastic partitions were still rigged up at the entrance. We checked in, and then arrived at our room to see it was still being cleaned. Many parts of the room still needed updating. (Fridge, bathroom, doors)

The location was okay and close to the highway. You could tell the hotel had made upgrades a few years ago. The beds were small but comfortable.

Property could use major renovations! It’s old and dated. Table/desk in my room was rickety; desk chair was way too low and not adjustable; and the room was damp and musty - which hotel was aware of as they constantly ran a dehumidifier in the hall. I had to purchase 3 air fresheners to make the room tolerable.

Location was good - close to University of Illinois campus, and lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was decent, not much variety, but the food was ok. The staff was very friendly and polite.
