The room was dirty not vacuumed and they had to come in to change rhe sheets. They did text me after and said I would get a phone call from the MOD that night and another person, that call never came.

Carpet was dirty in hall and room. The room was missing desk chair, clock, garbage cans, refrigerator, coffee pot, and the rod that hold the toilet paper. Breakfast had hot water but no tea bags.

Staff was excellent. Front desk answered right away. Chris came to my room to check out my complaints of missing frig and coffee pot. I did receive a discount due to missing items.

Booked hotel because offered free airport shuttle on website. When checking in was told that service not available. Main water pipe broke and didn't receive a call letting us know. We had to call down to desk to find out why we didn't have any water.

Breakfast was to be open at 6. It didn't open til 7. We left at 630 to catch plane.

Hotel is very old but new owners have taken over so I'm sure once renovated it'll be great. Guests don't pick up poop and the lawn care service doesn't either. We pick up our dogs poop plus others constantly. It's annoying!!! Hallways are rarely vacuumed. No one wants to take responsibility for the lack of cleanliness, the dryers don't dry and the pop machine steals your money. No one cares.

The room was very dirty,stains everywhere even on the lamp shades and curtains. The bathroom door was kicked in at some point it was cracked from one end to the other and there was a huge hole in it that maintenance just put a wood patterned vinyl sticky sheet over . There were also lots of sketchy people in the parking lot that looked they lived out of their cars. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the app , I booked the room because the rooms looked nice in the pics , boy was I fooled . I paid $114 for the king room which wasn’t bad price if the room was nice . The room I got belonged in a half way house. I would not stay here again.

Staff never answer the phone at front desk.. Housekeeping is lazy half clean the rooms assigned to them, Some rooms have roaches..

Staff was rude. Wouldnt give towels harassed us made rude comments about myself and another guest not knowing that the people they made comments to was our spouses. Manager is a short heavy set balding black gentleman. Very vey rude. Asked several times if I had a room and what was my business there. Will never willingly stay there again. Made me feel horrible and uncomfortable completely!

the bathroom in the room was dirty, they don't put enough towels for the number of person per room. There were dogs running in the corridors. I saw them on two occasions. the wardrobe drawers weren't all working, the fridge needed maintenance.

The first room we started in was filthy, roaches, stains, mold in the bathroom. Very unpleasant and the room was in bad condition, cracked tub and cracked closet door. Everywhere you looked it got worse. We asked for fresh towels and we were told that the place was booked up and there were none left. They were repairing the a hole roof when we left.

The manager was very nice and apologetic. She switched out our room and promised a $70 dollar discount.

We were there 6 days. They never entered our room for anything. Some people may like this but it meant no trash removal, no restock on toilet paper or soap ect. We had to beg housekeeping for thae and they left them outside our room. Also, We had a king bed and they only had 3 pillows on it we asked fro 3 days for an extra pillow before we were able to get one. The elevator certification expired during our trip.

Clean pool. Soft bed. Not too expensive. Located centrally to most of the places we wanted to go. Clean.

Everything else. Hotel is old & dirty. My room was plain disgusting. Soiled carpet, hair in bathroom, blood & other spots on wall, smudges on headboard. Had it not been after midnight already i definitely would have went elsewhere. I wore my flip flops the entire time and did not shower there because if the filth. Definitely not worth the price at over $100.

Staff was not friendly. Some type of (blood)(?) stains on the bed cover and on the floor. Room was not properly readied: inadequate towels and linens, only one garbage can in the suite, ... just led me to believe that the room was not properly prepared. A two-night total of $430.

Poor. Bag breakfast with bottle water, fruit cup, prepackaged muffin, and bar.

We were given a room no air-conditioning working smelly shower had allergy on it a dirty room luckily the woman at the desk Who signed us in came up to the room apologize and moved us to another room unfortunately this room had peeling paint in the shower the shower got clogged up the room was dirty very very disappointing

We did not like nothing about this La Quinta I have been to other ones before nothing like this

Kids were the pool till 11pm yelling and screaming there were no garbage cans in the room had to keep bringing garbage down the second floor deck was closed for no reason and bagged breakfast was a warm water a muffin and a granola bar there was throw up in the elevator and the pool had to be closed cause someone threw up in the pool just a complete nightmare this place used to be good and the whole time here my keys didn't work and the dresser draw was missing and the closet door was sitting in the closet

1st room was not cleaned at all, bathroom was nasty- toilet was still stained from a bowel movement, floors were dirty- room had not been vacuumed at all. The front desk clerk was very nice and got us another room, it was at least clean. However overall the hotel is a little run-down.

The room was dirty. Cockroaches in bathroom. Refrigerator still had food in it and the freezer was so covered in ice it could not be used. Mold was all over the bathroom and shower. Exhaust fan was horribly noisy and did not remove steam from shower, so had to leave the door open to shower. The beds were poorly made so that the mattress cover under the sheets was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The room only had 1 roll of toilet paper. Elevator was filthy day and night. Parking lot was full of huge potholes.

Night desk person was very helpful. Lamp and tv in room was inop. He was ably to fix the tv but the lamp was wired incorrectly and a fire hazard. Could not use.
