T.V Blinking The Entire Time, Would Give You Sore Eyes Watching It. Bathroom Although Clean, Was A little Small, The Balcony Had No Divider With The Neighbors, Heating Seemed Too Hot During The Night And Not Warm Enough After Ski and into the early evening, Longer Blocking heat from radiator.

Beautiful Fresh Tasty Variety Breakfast. Towels For Swimming, Brilliant! Room was fine, but the large furniture with more than half not needed needs modernizing. Food in restaurant was super!! Well Done!! Evening Music was lovely so relaxing!

Overall, I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area. I particularly enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the pool and fitness center. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

The only challenge we had was wifi. The wifi was really poor and inconsistent when it did work...down in the reception/lounge/dining room it 'worked' - but in the room virtually unusable. There is 4G and 5G cellular service in Mayrhofen so this isn't a showstopper...but if you have to rely on cellular, that adds to the costs. At the price point of this hotel - which is not 'budget' - its not unreasonable to expect modern wifi service and speed.

The hotel is in a great location. Central and close enough to the main ski lift - walkable in ski boots but the buses were frequent. Breakfast was very European but more than sufficient. Although run as a sort of separate entity, the hotel restaurant was really nice - ate there for 2 nights out of our 6. Good ski storage (boot warmers!) and all accessible with lifts etc.

I liked everything that they offer. Rooftop pool is nice with jacuzzi. Breakfast is very good, and bed very comfortable. Nice food in Hotel Restaurant. Overall I recomend this Hotel. I will book now again.

Towels were changed every day despite following the sign to hang them if change is not needed. This is not a complaint, just a reminder that if would be nice if hotels would really follow their sustainability guidelines and we would all save some resources :)

Central location, welcoming staff, great breakfast buffet, and a multi-sauna spa with a pool and whirlpool tub at the rooftop. Excellent place to relax after hiking.

Great rooftop heated swimming pool with view over mountains and valley, good breakfast, very central location and only 5 minutes walk to Penkenbahn ski lift and 15 minutes from Ahornbahn gondola. Train station 10 minutes walk.

I had a problem with my room, i ordered a room that was described 29-32 meter with a living room and i got 22-24 meter room that was very cosy and small, the hotel didn't want to help with the problem and i need to contact Booking.com to solve this!! Only After Booking were intervene the hotel let me change the room but only for three from six night i'v been there. There is a new rooms that is nice and there is an old ones that ia not so good.

The best thing in this hotel is the spa, one of the best i'v been, also the breakfast is super, the location is also very good.

The bed is not king size, but joined together two small size beds.Breakfast start at 7:30 and staff is very tough and rigid to let you in a bid earlier.

Thermal pool and spa is exceptional for this type of property. Location is very nice and close to cable car. Clean room. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will return next time, thanks.
