The carpet in the hallway was old and smelly. The stairways needed attention.

The room smelled of smoke. We couldn’t take a hot shower. The accommodations were very outdated and old. The heating and ventilation was poor. The toilet ran through the night. What made it worthwhile was the people that worked at the hotel. They were fantastic.

Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast offer. The location was good for our purposes. The staff was exceptional. We were given a bedroom to start in the woman at the front desk when we checked in late Thursday evening tried to give us another room, but that was in bad shape too. But for the poor accommodations, everything else was excellent. The people employed at the hotel were wonderful and very accommodating.

Bed was lumpy and old. Breakfast was mediocre. No cream, no tongs to get individual muffins or bread, green bananas nothing individual except silverware. Lady at the front desk was not friendly and didn’t know how to process a check in with a military ID versus a drivers license.

No maid service, coffee pot did not work, supposed to be handicapped room, no closet space, no wash cloth or towel, asked for towels and coffee pot replacement numerous times, still no one came. Sorry, always liked LaQuinta, not now. Will not book again.

It is starting to get run down, we have noticed through the years we have been staying there while our kids are at Mizzou. There weren’t enough towels or toiletries, and the beds just aren’t comfortable.

Front desk gal was very sweet. Location is good and it is usually clean.

could have been cleaner. No masks in sight. Keys were balky. Breakfast coffee smelled and tasted bad. Limited breakfast selections, and unable to take cereal and bowl to my room because the milk was in a pitcher. Ended up going to Starbucks down the block for breakfast. The place is old and needs some better maintenance/cleaning.

Hotel advertised a breakfast. Once arrived, staff said they wouldn't have breakfast available for another week. Very disappointing.

I like that the staff did NOT have masks on. Contrary to the corrupt media, big tech, and paid-off doctors and scientists, most masks DO NOT work. So if it was really necessary, society would be wearing N95 masks. But they aren't, so society is being manipulated for political gain, and it is very sad that we are going along with it. I love businesses that think for themselves and don't fall for the madness of walking around like sheep with no brains.

It was dirty. Front entrance was trashy and lots of cigarette butts. Just gross! No breakfast available at all. Not even a yogurt. Exteriors Door next to our guest room had broken lock. Not secure. It smelled musty and dirty. Will never stay in another Wyndham. No standards.

It seemed outdated but mostly the room was dirty. It didn’t look like the counter had been cleaned. There were dirty spots on it and hairs on the counter and tub. The floors had not been cleaned well. All the edges and corners had dirt in them. There was dirty spots on the bedspreads as well. I was glad we only had to stay one night. I honestly don’t usually leave reviews but this was bad.

It was in a good location for us as we were passing through.

The facility was old & run down looking so even “clean” appeared questionable. There was no breakfast at all - nothing. Interestingly, the price was comparable to the other newer, cleaner hotels that served breakfast & were quick to supply whatever was needed for our comfort. Not at all the standard we expected attached to the Wyndham name.

The staff was very pleasant. Though I requested an extra pillow twice and never received one. The pillows provided in the room were uncommonly small & uncomfortable. Evidently they were understaffed & she was unable to walk to the linen storage?

We had requested a ground level and they called right as we pulled up and said there were no more ground floor rooms. The room was not very clean, carpet felt dirty. Back of bed base was broken and the cats got under the bed. We felt a little itchy the next day possible from pet hair from previous guests animals. The cats were not impressed and sniffed the room acting very nervous.

The staff, especially Lynette in the morning, were wonderful and very helpful.
