The breakfast on Sunday, was cereal, milk and orange juice out of a carton like what I have at home. The towels, different colors and didn't have enough for us for the one day. Real sad. The door to our room looked like someone had pride it opened before. The smell of weed all in the hallway. I was told 25.00 for my puppy what was charged an extra 25.00 once we left. We had his crate so we didn't mess up the floor. It was better years ago. What happened.

Lukewarm shower,terrible breakfast. The buffet coffee and in room coffee were not drinkable. I will not stay here again, road noise lessened by ear plugs.

I didn't like the fact that I payed for and used my points on the whirl pool room and the jets didn't even work and when I was walkin out the restroom I stepped in a puddle of water I don't kno how the carpet got so wet I think there was a leak somewhere with the whirl pool

For a no smoking hotel, it reeked of cigarette smoke and weed smoke, it was filthy in the bathroom and elevators and there were bugs crawling around the rooms. Door jams and locks barely hung on by a screw.

When we checked in about 1am, we had to wait a few because the employee was sitting in the back office. When she finally came out we didn’t get greeted, no hello , no welcome. Just can I have your ID. After all the paperwork was signed , we did not get an enjoy your stay, let us know if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, just here are your keys. The next day we got up early to breakfast, there was 3 different kinds of cereal, gallon of milk, bread with either butter or jelly, according to the website there was was supposed to bed breakfast. That was a complete disappointment. As we walked through we were not acknowledged. Of course, I say good morning to everyone as I pass by especially to the employees, I want them to feel I truly appreciate them While they are at work, I work customer service and want everyone to feel like they’re at home when they come to visit me at my store. Next day I need towels, she walks out the office with no shoes, dressed like they just rolled out of bed. She grabbed my items and didn’t say a word to me, I felt like I was disturbing her well SHE WAS AT WORK. I will not recommend this place, the employees need to be dressed a lot more professional, presentation is everything to me., a lot more friendlier, my husband told me as while were checking out please stop say anything to anyone, you look ridiculous because not one single person (employee) has not acknowledged you our entire stay.

Bugs, unfortunately the first room had baby roaches in a couple places and then I was moved into another room where I sprayed it down completely & did not have any issues with bugs until two days before I left and saw a full size German cockroach in my room, then I sprayed my room again. I wasn’t the only one that had problem with bugs. I encountered a couple other people that had said they had issues to so apparently it’s a I wasn’t the only one that had problem with bugs. It is an issue with the hotel. The bed was horrible, very uncomfortable. The hotel pictures are very deceiving. It needs to be updated badly. It needs to be cleaned better and taken care of more. I couldn’t switch hotels on such short notice so I had to make the best of this place, thankfully, I come prepared for any situations. It is very close to a lot of shopping areas & dining. Definitely do your research on hotels in the area. Just because it’s convenient to the base and other places & the pictures look good doesn’t mean it is l, dig deep into the reviews!

The girls at the front desk were great! Any of the staff that I met was very friendly and sweet!

The entire facility was run down. The carpets are threadbare in places, door numbers broken/missing, the door to our room was barely on its hinges and you had to physically lift it up to open and close it. The bedding and towels were all worn and threadbare. The bath towels were not white as the wash clothes and hand towels were but were gold and very poor quaility - like Dollar General quality. So thin you could barely dry off with them. It’s obvious this facility is struggling and based on the area of town we found ourselves in we were nervous staying here.

There was no breakfast which was fine with us since our experience with these complimentary breakfasts is usually bad. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful but this location has some definite issues that need to be addressed.

There was a big dog staying in the room across from me that barked all night. The bathtub was a little small. The elevator did not work.

The receptionist was awesome. I paid for my room in advance. When I checked in there was a issue with the card and it La Quinta would not accept my card although I had already paid booking.com. she was nice enough to give me a room and took care of it later on
