I didn't like beds were very high and I'm short. I didn't like my room was very moist for some reason everything was damp. It was noisy people allowing door to slam.

Breakfast provided was excellent. The hotel was well run and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were of a good standard and clean. I would use this hotel again.

The pool didn't have any shade at all! No umbrella or trees, not even a Sunshade/sunshield draped anywhere. It was too hot so couldn't get in the pool. What a shame.

I am very disappointed that during the hottest weather the pool was closed after driving long hours. I booked the room last night because you offered a pool.

The pool area needs some work. The hot tub needs to be cleaned. It was nasty. They should drain the water and block it off if they aren’t going to clean it. The only problem we had in our room was the bathroom sink faucet. The water was came out towards us instead of straight down so we would get wet when using. They offered us to switch but this was minor.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast.

didn’t know the hotel allowed animals…saw at least 5 different families with dogs on the elevator. Also there was only one elevator so the wait was long at times

Well they had a couple of homeless men laying on the ground behind the dumpster. I went to park when I came in at night and I saw them flailing around on the ground with blankets on them and yelling at eachother. It kinda startled me but they didn’t bother me. Lol! One of the men were asleep again there the day I left. Also, the wall in my room had a big patch of scraped off paint and the headboard to the king bed appeared to be damaged .It looked like a couple of ppl were propping up with a head full of grease and it ate the varnish off of the wood or something. I feel for the owners of this property that ppl damaged the headboard. I’d charged them for it and bought a new headboard so that it wouldn’t look that way bc I was worried I’d get it on me. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

I liked that it was easy to get to despite the road construction going on. It was a short walk to the elevator. The lobby is nice. And the breakfast was my favorite part of my stay, that and the king size bed with the big tv and cable with movies on it! I was glad that they had a small little nook of drinks and snacks that you could buy next to the front desk. I got in late one night and couldn’t find any stores open. They hooked me up with drinks and snacks!

The ceiling I'm the shower wad damaged and mildew shown thru in a number of places. I agree with not changing the linens daily and a daily room clean isnt necessary but clean towels and a made bed up... with the sane linens each day would have been nice.

The bed was very comfortable and there were a number of different pillow choices Breakfast was very nice with an abundance of choices

I didn't like the fact that the beds were too high to get into. I was struggling trying to get in the bed. Also during breakfast time there was no bacon only sausage. Everybody don't like sausage.

I like the fact it was located near shops and eaterys and it was closer to venue we were attending.

We had to change rooms once we were unpacked and realized the air wasn't cooling properly and there was a bad odor in the hall once we got to the second floor where room was located

Location was hard to get in and out of. Air conditioning did not work very well. I could not let a family member pay for room by giving credit card over phone.

Breakfast was okay. Staff at checkin was very nice. Room was good size.

The elevator slammed on me a few times the door wouldn't stay open . The TV was a nightmare it didn't work .. phone in room didn't work .. pool was nasty
