Is very little hot water. The water in tub did not completely shut off. Water did not drain from tub very quickly..

We spent 9 nights in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Advantage: free parking, enough big room, safe environment, good connections, near to hotel there are restaurants What should be improved: during our stay just 1 time came the housekeeper, the breakfast is boring

The elevator at my point of view needs to have maintenance. The carpet in the hallway was very durty. We use the stairs and went by a room and someone was smoking marijuana.

The room was clean and so the bathroom. The breakfast was ok, the only 2 proteins were eggs an milk. For the cost of the hotel everything was ok.

Room had a wet moldy smell I couldn’t get over, shower was useable but dirty lots of grime and what could be mold on the ceiling. The beds weren’t great, pillows were awful, had to use the pillows from both beds to get comfortable. The property is dated, lots of old appliances and plugs. The key cards I received initially were both faulty and had to be remade, had to drag my luggage all the way down to make new ones.

Quiet and safe location across from an hospital, staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice but I did not partake. Lots of restaurants around like Chick Fil a and Panda Inn. Rates were awesome and big fridge in the room.

Floors were completely stained throughout the hallway on the second floor and had possibly not been vacuum in days. The elevator is almost on its last leg. The room door had a busted lock that the property didn’t feel the need to fix. The bathroom toilet along with the shower completely rusted. The term room service is completely extinct. I had to empty my own trash, glad I had a personal vacuum to clean my own floors in the room. Thank goodness there was a Target so I could get cleaning supplies to keep my own room clean. Not once did this location ask if I needed fresh towels or toilet paper. The breakfast or what they called breakfast was not breakfast horrible. My personal experience with this hotel is I will not be back. They make the chain look completely bad.

I did not like how for the breakfast options there was not a lot of options, there were no eggs, meat or something more cooked, was expecting more for breakfast, I did not like how the sink was separated from the bathroom, prefer it all in one room, for it to be inside with the bathroom, there's no actual door for the bathroom, basically a closet like door which I find it weird. Not enought outlets or even to plug a USB cord, for our door underneath is a big space where I would prefer there wouldn't be because you can hear the noise in the hallway or even people hearing from our room. Not enough trash cans inside the room. I feel like the price for it wasn't worth it. Not enough lighting in the room.

I did like how there were was plenty of parking, no charge for parking, the staff was friendly, bed was big enough and comfy, good channels for the TV, there was a fridge and microwave, good water pressure from the shower, plenty of towels, good view, good AC working.

The room we were sent to unfortunately had some leaking from the window, so they sent across the way, which worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately, there were 3 big dogs on our floor, so it was quite loud sometimes. The staff was amazing except one rude lady. I am not sure of her name. She was a plus-size lady who worked at the am. She was rude beyond belief to everyone she encountered.

The location of the hotel is amazing the rooms are great size too. The location of the hotel has plenty of food establishment around, which was handy for this mom.
