How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bathroom sadly let the hotel down. The tub was nothing more than a deeper shower tray and whilst not dirty I definitely didn’t want to try a bath.
The room was newly refurbished apart from the bathroom. Breakfast didn’t have as many choices as other hotels but was tasty.

Have enough breakfast items available the entire time, 6-9am.
Location was good. No orange juice, muffins or yogurt at 8:00am Saturday

The room was not clean. There was stuff all over the floors. The bathroom was very outdated and small. The breakfast areanwas small and there was a large basketball team staying there so it was hard to get to the food.
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast server did a great job.

A lot of drunk loud people through the night. I felt unsafe as I had an infant child with me throughout my stay.

My biggest issue is there are no black out curtains and since it is right off a busy highway with lots of lighted signs and streetlights I couldn’t sleep no matter how comfortable the bed was. I had stayed there once before and quickly remembered that was a problem last stay.

I like more covers!
Comfortable beds, amazingly quiet for this type of hotel, good breakfast with attentive staff; updated window coverings keep room dark for sleeping.

On-Demand hot water system WAY out of tune. You will waste 7 bathtubs-worth of lukewarm water before you can finally draw 1 that is really hot. Very poor alternative to a traditional boiler system in my opinion. To address this I heard them say they would have someone keep a bleeder running at far end of building to ensure quick delivery of hot water throughout - WOW - how citiotic. Wyoming is the source of most of the bigger rivers in the west but that is no excuse for such deliberate waste!
Friendly staff, clean comfortable, noise level not too bad even with highway construction nearby. The check-on guy was super helpful too!

It wasn’t very clean, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper because they weren’t leaving enough
I enjoyed the ease of pay at the property and the location. The best thing is the woman who runs the breakfast in the morning!! She is amazing and deserves a raise!!!

The water was hot in the tub out of the faucet but when it came out the shower head it was luke warm at best. The heater didn't work well!
Everything was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very nice! Good breakfast! Quiet neighborhood.

The sink in our hotel room never seemed to get hot water no matter how long we ran it. The toilet also seemed to have issues

The room door look was installed upside down, it was tricky getting into the room. Pulling up on the handle was requied; instead of the standard, swipe the room key and push down to enter.
The proximity to the Ford Wyoming Center Casper was great. We requested to connecting rooms and it happened; I am so grateful for that.

Our room keys not working. One worked a time or 2 on outside doors, then not at all and usually on the room (with several tries). The 2nd key did not work. Our stay was only a few hours and not worth the time to go back to the lobby for new keys.
The room reflected partial updates. Sink area looked a bit dated (mirror). Bathtub paint coming off. Very reasonable pet fees.

The room had a funky smell, and the ac unit had a ton of dirt and dead bugs in it. I feel like we overpaid compared to the other hotels we stayed in on our trip.
The room was very pretty. Pictures are not up to date so it was better than I expected. The bed was really comfortable.
