The room was very humid. I don't know if it was because of it rained everyday I was there. The front desk staff seemed very laid back, helpful, but not out of the way helpful. The hotel has seen better days, but the room and lobby were clean. Unfortunately, covid rules changed some of the ways of doing things that made staff a little less "extra." None of that would keep me from staying there again.

A room was ready before check in as requested. The location was good. The room was quiet. The microwave worked very well and I had no problems with the refrigerator.

Employees are awesome!!! I forgot the gentleman name but he is comedian and he was awesome. Having a baby on the road it’s no easy task and he gave us a room near the washer and dryer.

There were multiple cockroaches in the room, hairs on the toilet seat, and food still in the fridge from the previous guest. The microwave didn't work. The in room telephone looked like it has been in a smoking room since 1986. There was a Guardian security car in the entry, which should have made us feel safe, but actually made us wonder why they needed it. This contributed to our feeling unsafe when we discovered our room's ground floor window was unlocked. It looks nice, but has underlying issues such as housekeeping and pest control, which are an immediate "Never stay here again" for me.

It has obviously been refurbished with new everything. The overnight front desk clerk was very nice, and the sealed grab and go breakfast had more choices than many places I've stayed. Bed was comfy with different pillow choices.

There was a Roach in my bathroom, I got rid of it and got up again and there was another. It was late but I called the front desk and they had me moved the next day.

There was alot of dust like they hardly cleaned, the phone did not work, there was no bath tub eventho we booked one with, and when I called down to ask for towels because I was only given one for 2 people the request was never accomplished. Not an awful stay but could have been better. Was the worst laquinta I've ever stayed at.

I always like staying at Laquinta hotels and the stay was pleasant.

Wasn't told at check-in there was a 4 consecutive week limit on your stay, even if you have a booked reservation. If you need longer than that, you are better off finding another place. I ended up in a lower valued property for one additional week until my apartment became available to move into.

Front desk personnel were rude and gave incorrect information intentionally. When checking in lady at desk was short with me from the beginning of our interaction. She put us in a room that had no bed cover, only sheets. Room had not be completely reset for new guests. She also told us, without our asking, that breakfast was served from 6-7am, which we thought was odd, but didn't ask additional questions. The next morning, we came down for breakfast at 6:15am to an empty breakfast area. The same lady was at the desk, I asked her if breakfast was being served. Without looking up, she waved a hand at me and said breakfast was served at 7am. Needless to say, we did not come back down for breakfast. I'm not sure why she chose to be rude to us, but it will definitely affect my choice to stay here again.
