The bathrooms are nasty. Had to change rooms because it was not clean. The floors of the 3 rooms I got it were dirty, and the bathrooms not well cleaned.

Good location. Breakfast is good for the price. The room is renovated.

The place was filthy. Black spots on ceiling in shower stall. Wall needed painting. Tv worked for about 10 minutes then picture went fuzzy & stayed that way. No ice bucket & tray it stayed on looked like dead bugs. Overhaul very very unimpressed & this being the 2nd one WILL NEVER STAY THEIR AGAIN

Floors were dirty. Refrigerator wobbled like it was going to fall over. Bathroom door was cracked and would not stay open. Air conditioner vents flowed up into drapes and not into the room, and a/c kept going off during the night, never reached temperature we set it on. Several places on walls need repairs. Coffee was awful tasting. Very skimpy food.

Sheets were clean. Handicapped parking was right in front of our room. Easy access from I35.

1st room the sink had a huge leak. Soaked the floor just washing my hands. No plug for the tub. Floor was dirty even though the Room smelt clean. Got a different room because of the leaking sink. 2nd room had a smell but the floors were clean. No leaky sink! Both rooms have dirty walls. I felt for the price for 1 night it should be a bit cleaner.

Location was ideal. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was convenient. Yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, milk coffee.

had to move rooms three times. first room door wouldn’t lock. second room lights didn’t work. floors were dirty. walls had poorly patched holes. coffee pot was dusty and unclean.

it was not as advertised. not up to standards the rooms were dirty. blankets were stained. it was very uncomfortable. we ended up taking the hour long drive back home after our event.

the rooms need a lot of attention. there was holes in the walls, mold on the ceiling, missing pieces of molding around the room. the repairs that are done- not quality- for example there was a hole in the bathroom door so it was filled with caulk that looked like wet toothpaste. overall gross

items missing from our room (medication). we placed do not disturb sign on door. they ignored the do not disturb and entered the room anyway. more items missing from the bed of my truck. this place has become a go to for construction workers, they grill in the parking lot and drink. they are generally nice guys working for a living, but it’s not a great experience for a married couple in town for a funeral.

Parking lot was barely big enough for small cars. The rooms were stark in furniture. very little space for plugging in electronic devices, basically the room was from the 70's era. Notified the desk clerk of issues in the room, and was informed the the staff could do nothing about it.

TV remote did not function, accommodations looked like construction was in progress, leaky faucet in bathroom, shower barely came on.

Perfect location but road construction made it hard to enter, price was reasonable, heat was working well.

Could definitely use some paint. There was black mold behind the toilet in the bathroom and the floors weren't to clean.

When we first arrived around 1:30 pm, we were told that while rooms were available, we would have to pay $25 extra to check in before 3 pm. I was incensed. We had just driven several hundred miles and wanted to freshen up before visiting my brother (who lives near the hotel) for Christmas Eve dinner. The woman at reception was curt and unsympathetic. Once we got in the room we were struck by how run-down the place appeared--it needs a major facelift. And there was no breakfast available despite the website saying breakfast was included.

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The woman at the front desk on the second day was very nice, compared to the one on the first day.
