There was a bit of hair clumped in the tub. Very dusty behind the nightstand and along floors against walls. Only noticed the buildup because i had to plug in the phone.

Comfortable. Hot water. Reasonable. Clean beds and towels. Simple but nice little breakfast

The property appeared nearly vacant upon arrival, during stay and departure. Ice machine was Out of Order. No blow dryer in room but made available upon request.

Check in easy despite a last minute modification. Spacious room, clean and quiet. Located 5 minutes from the event I was attending. Simple cold breakfast with coffee/tea available in lobby.

Very tired looking generally. It has that feel of a cheap motel, but it's not cheap in price. The bathroom was a bit grubby and old and small. Its definitely overpriced in my book, but we couldn't find much else cheaper. It was just about acceptable. Didn't feel like money well spent. Breakfast was pretty terrible, the coffee weak, lots of sugary donuts in plastic packets and pop tarts, but at least they had bran flakes so we could eat something moderate healthy. Staff were friendly though. The bed sheets were clean and mattresses OK.

Good location, nice and quiet, just outside town. Cheaper than a philadelphia hotel / motel and ok to drive in for a visit. Phoenixville seems like a charming little town.

I stayed at this property initially because I was visiting family on my way home to Ohio. I ended up with some car trouble and had to extend my stay. They moved me from my original room and the other room we had seemed very damp, like it needed a dehumidifier, the heat lamp and the drain plug in the bathroom didn’t work. Management was repeatedly huffy when I explained my car situation and asked for a late check out

The room was big and the carpet was nice. big TV, nice refrigerator. most of the front staff was very nice and friendly. the first room we had had a nice heat lamp in the bathroom

Carpets needed cleaned or replaced. Sticky to walk on. Lobby furniture needed cleaned or replaced This appears to be a former nursing home turned into an inn.

Friendliness of staff. Cost was reasonable compared to others in the area. We had a deer outside our bedroom window. No exterior doors, which is safer for women travelers.

The bathroom ceiling was low, toilet was low and didn’t flush easily- think bathrooms would be the next best thing to update.

Cute place. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Liked that the doors were inside. The rooms very very clean.

The bathroom needs an overhaul. Everything worked, but the light fixtures and bath were stained and the trim was starting to fall off the walls, which isn't what I expect from a hotel with this high a booking.com rating. I also couldn't get a late check-out, when my online meeting went overtime, apparently because exactly that room was booked again. Okay, but the carpark was practically empty all night, so I'm sceptical that there really weren't any other rooms available.

The bathroom was very worn. The shower curtain in 111 was disgusting. The bathtub needs a new finish or to be replaced. Nothing healthy for breakfast, but for 100 I did not expect much.

Due to covid restrictions the breakfast options were limited. I'd expect under normal conditions there would be better and more healthful options.

The staff was very friendly and made my check in easy. They were helpful in explaining what was available and how to access services.

The room had a lightbulb that needed changing. No tissues. Trash under one of the beds. The bathroom/showers need some updating. Stains on the one bed. Just needs some TLC.

The Wi-Fi was a little slow and klunky. The vending machines took only cash, which I rarely carry these days.

Check-in was smooth. I was late for breakfast but there was still fresh coffee and muffins available. The TV channel selections were impressive. The room was great.

It is dated The key was a real key! The door was similar to an inside door in your home not very secure ( there was a large gap where the door lock met the jam…. One little kick and you are in!

Staff was very accommodating and that was definitely the highlight of our stay The cost was very reasonable
