To get to park the vehicle was difficult. Parking is so tied. Others that have SUV or trucks made it difficult to maneuver around them to get in and out of the parking structure. One good thing, freeway 5 exit is close by.

The garage was a big tight but I'm glad it existed and was included in the price.

The room was very clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, and the windows blocked the sound of the nearby highway very well. You could hear a bit of hallway noise if someone was walking right by and talking but it was pretty minimal for us and I got great sleep. Location was close to a lot of points of interest - quick drive not walk right out the door and you're in a bustling area though. The breakfast was middle of the road, we skipped it and ate out, but nice that it was a free option and they did have some hot foods, maybe we came down too late - they did have cereal, oatmeal packets, hardboiled eggs, toast, and looked like they were out of scrambled eggs.

Bed was not very comfortable and the parking was a little tight. Big trucks made it impossible to get through.

Fridge was broken, it froze our cans and popped them. Loud Kids running around early in the morning 7 am, parents didn't care. Next door was smoking weed.

check in! When I checked in there was no one at the desk with a sign that said: will be back in 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. so, I left and came back an hour later. then they checked us in. Beds are very uncomfortable.

The whole hotel smells like a pet store. If you’re used to living with pets, it may not bother you but before we could even sleep, we had to get some Febreeze and spray the curtains and furniture and plug in an air freshener.

The service was amazing. Every single person they had working was friendly, nice, very helpful, polite. Parking was weird but fine, and it was very close to SeaWorld.

It’s a little expensive considering the area and type of hotel, but that is a factor of it being in San Diego. Also, the parking lot is very small so a bit of work to park.

It’s a good location although not easy to go north on Balboa Ave.

Would be nice to have coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. Worst aspect of hotel was negotiating the roads in and out of location. Hotel needs to tell customers how to get into the place.

The hallways were spackled from recent construction, not a big deal as far as comfort, just made for questionable appearance.

Came here to stay nearby for my wedding, the hotel was very clean and well taken care of, the staff was helpful when our key stopped working. Check in and out was very easy.

Noise from the hall way is very loud. Air condition was also very loud.

Location is great, not too far from Outlet and San Deigo attreaction. Parking space is quite a lot.

I didn't appreciated that they charge U$ 50 for any damaged you could cause to the hotel. They say that this amount would be refunded but that didn't happen yet (it's been 3 days). I would appreciate if they would say that in the reservation so I would arrive prepared for that.

Overall the hotel was very clean, very comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Would stay there again if visiting San Diego.
