Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaWe chose a room with a kitchen however there weren’t any utensils. There was a big oven but no oven tray. There were melamine plates. Not enough cutlery. That was my biggest disappointment. And the pillows were so soft they gave me a neck ache as no support.
The staff was lovely, room was clean and nice. Close to the airport. Breakfast was nice warm food.

United StatesWhile this was perfect for me because I needed something close to the airport for the night, keep in mind that it’s close to a busy airport which has planes flying around and making noise at all hours.
The property was nice. Seemed like they recently did some renovations. Many things were new. It wasn’t a complete renovation but enough that it felt very clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was nice too. Plenty of options and good coffee. The pool also looked nice but wasn’t warm enough out for us to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay, big plus that it was pet friendly. They had a pet relief area off the side of the building, which our pup really appreciated. The rooms were clean, and just as pictured.
