Great location (only took a few minutes to get to the gate of the Zion National Park by car). Spaceous room plus an acceptable free breakfast. Will stay here again next time coming to Zion

While we were not inconvenienced ourselves, there was very limited seating in the breakfast area for the number of guests. However, the hotel lobby building was/is having renovations undertaken and I imagine this is only a temporary seating situation.

Our 4 night stay at the La Quinta surpassed our expectations. The room was clean and spacious and the black-out curtains provided for great nights of sleep. The property itself is gorgeous, well taken care of and hosts stunning views. We were impressed with the hearty breakfast and the coffee was great. If we're ever back in Springdale, we will 100% stay here again - it was truly wonderful.

Couch in the room was torn and tattered but I see they are doing a remodel and they hadn't gotten to our building yet. Also the laundry was not available because of the remodel but there was one across the street. Ice machine was not working. I'm sure it will all come together when the reconstruction and remodel is done. I understand they do these things in the off season.

Excellent location to get to shuttle stop 5. Beautiful view. Breakfast was everything we needed before we headed to the park.

Great place to locate yourself to visit nearby Zion Canyon National Park. Following a good hearty breakfast we caught the shuttle from just down the road from the hotel into and out of the park. The room was very clean and well appointed and the hotel was only a short walk from the Springdale township where you can access groceries and restaurants.

The breakfast could have been better. There weren't too many choices and the quality of the food was lacking. There were also not enough tables for people to sit (show up early around 7 am or you may have to sit outside or in your room). We were on the 1st floor and there was a lot of noise, mostly coming from people rolling their suitcases up/down the stairs and over the balconies above us (perhaps a carpet to dampen the noise might help?).

The rooms were excellent and all the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive (from the reception lady to the gentleman refilling the breakfast station). The room was also spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The location was perfect, it's very close to the shuttle to the visitor center and there are many amenities nearby including a grocery store. The value of the room was also very good considering the prices of other hotels in the area.

The location is perfect to everything…Zion National Park, restaurants, stores, laundromat, etc…. The views are amazing, breakfast was great and the rooms were excellent. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The accommodation experience is excellent. The housekeeping staff is very attentive. She folds paper to convey blessings daily, making people feel warm. The breakfast is also good.

I wish the hot tub was open in the off season. I think it makes more sense to keep the hot tubs on during the colder seasons, I would’ve enjoyed it after a long day of hiking.

The hotel was a great price and close to plenty of food & grocery options. The mountain view from our room was a bonus. Breakfast was enjoyable.

I think they could have better breakfast options (maybe a non dairy milk option and the waffles were soggy) but even that, it’s free breakfast!
