We didn't get the villa on the beach that we paid for, but they did upgrade us to what was probably a more comfortable 2 BR, 2 bath small house.

There was a rooster that crowed in middle of the night and super early. Staff said they were working on a plan to relocate him, but he was really crafty and evaded everyone while we were there. They assured us he was only a temporary irritation.

The floor of the room was dirty - needed mopped, not just swept. The couch was stained, needed steam cleaned or wet vacced. The curtains in front of the balcony had been pulled down and reattached, but wonky. The window's lock in the bathroom was broken off, and the sink stopper was broken. It's the little details like this, the poor maintenance, that keeps this from a higher rating.

The outer parts of the property were lovely. The pool is very nice, and heated. The view was great. The size of the room exceeded expectations. The kitchenette was nice. Multiple large tvs. The balcony was enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

La Siesta has a great beach with kayaks readily available. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and willing to do anything to make the guest's stay better. Low-key vibe was nice. And the location worked well for what we did.

The room had a large kitchenette area but there was no crockery or cutlery supplied, so what was the point? The price of the ice creams at the pool bar, what a rip off! Thought we were getting one of the little colourful rooms on the beach, but we were in the modern block, with limited views, website misleading.

The location was great, the room was huge, the beach and pool area were lovely. We liked the free pool towels and the pool bar. They had a shuttle service to take you around the resort for free, which was brilliant. Lovely grounds and foliage.

Have made it my goal to never stay at hotel with Resort fees!! Complete ripoff, no in room guide to property amenities raining cats and dogs to find ice machine had to walk to front desk was totally soaked not their fault but very inconvenient since they would not answer their front desk phone!! Tired of the BS Resort fees I might as well throw 50 bucks into the ocean but otherwise great place to stay staff was awesome!!

Old rooms, didn't look like in the images. Very used bathrooms and beds, not so comfy. Staff at reception has been unfriendly and ignored questions. After complaining, we finally got our issue solved and upgraded.

Great area, nice staff from cleaning, luggage and entertainment. Beach-row apartments are very nice and have a fantastic view. Would recommend booking one of them rather then the other rooms.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to a nice breakfast spot and a couple food places. Pool was clean and room was decent. It was on the ground floor so we had to keep our shades close or people could see in.

Although it has a large kitchen area, there was no oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pans, crockery, glasses, cups etc. As we were travelling with kids it would have been much more convenient to have access to these basic facilities. I am very confused why there is such a large kitchen with no facilities. Secondly we had some trouble with AC and fans on first night, to be fair this was responded to very quickly and was more or less resolved.

Size of property and cleanliness was very good. The terrace area was nice and the view of the pool and sea was great. Staff were very helpful and informative when asked.

It normally offers bikes to move around the area, this time it only had 3 bikes in total and we could not use it for my family.

The location and the good position of the room within the hotel. The views are incredible, the swimming pool is good for the kids. It is very close to restaurant in isla morada and the the price is great.
