End unit wasn’t getting hot water during dinner time Someone did come to help so I liked that.

Sarah at the front desk went above and beyond to help me order from Instacart and set up the room for an anniversary surprise. I appreciated her time and making us feel so comfortable.

The breakfast. I understand with Covid items are limited but there could have been more of a variety and the room was very small. A little uncomfortable when it’s comes to keeping your distance from others. Also the pool bar was closed the entire time. We were told that the bartender has an unexpected leave but it would have been nice if a substitute was found. Lastly the price was way too high but that’s economics. Supply and Demand. If we visited in September rather than July we would have saved a little more than $350 each day.

Size of the room was great. Staff were super responsive to requests and were very understanding. Decor of the resort, pool and available bikes, kayaks and boards were an added plus. Love that we didn’t have to spend more money for the use of those. Also having sister facilities that are accessible for use was great when our resort ran out of bikes.

We overlooked the pool and the loud music was blaring out early on a Sunday morning. Also the tiki bar was closed to food and drinks.

Location was perfect for surrounding restaurants and the view wonderful. Nice big pool and Free kayaks.

I was super disappointed when I booked the place the images and room descriptions made me think we were getting a small cute ,colorful cottage room on the sand. We ended up on the second floor of a building. The beautiful ocean views made up for the disappointment. Champagne on arrival

One day, the poolside bar was closed with no explanation or information. It was disappointing, but there were basic drinks available in the lobby.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, friendly place in a great location. The pool and beach area are both lovely, the staff are friendly, and the rooms were nice. We loved our balcony with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view and sea breezes. We had one small issue with the bathroom drain that was fixed immediately. The continental breakfast was a little limited -- no veggies and few fruits. But one morning, there were fresh donuts -- wonderful! Also, I appreciated that almond milk was available. We took advantage of the free kayaks several times and loved it! We're already planning our next stay here.

I feel this hotel is overpriced when you look at the poor service provided, the lack of attention from the staff at the registration desk, the dirty floor in the rooms… I booked a 2 bedroom suite for my family with 3 kids including a baby. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator and stairs to climb with our stroller. Plus the room was on 2 floors and this was not specified either. Not convenient at all with young kids. The room was not ready when we checked in because they were still cleaning it. Fine. However when we finally entered the room and let the kids enjoy it, we realize that the baby who had been crawling for less than 5 minutes had his hands, his feet and his knees all black. The floor was so dirty that I am sure it has never been mopped. Not what you expect from a 4 Star. The check in process was also bad. The young lady kept looking at her screen the whole time and didn’t look at me in the eyes once. I even had to ask her if she was listening to me when I was asking questions. She saw that I was travelling with my parents who are over 80 and with 3 young kids. She didnt even propose some water or a place to seat while we were waiting for our room. The room has a kitchenette. Which on paper is convenient when you have kids. But how are we supposed to eat our food with no plates and no cutlery. We asked and they gave us 2 plates for 7 people. Nice… Same for body wash and shampoo. They gave us 1 set for 7 people for 4 days. So people don’t take shower everyday in the Keys ? Last, while we were enjoying the pool the first day, we saw another large family who was loud, who was eating chips in the pool, playing their own music on a portable speaker, with a dog underneath the lounge chair… I mean how many rules do people have to break before the hotel team says something so that the other guests can enjoy their stay ? Nobody seems to care from the hotel staff.

The building we were placed in was very old and the floors were extremely dirty. The air conditioner did not go down past 76 the entire stay, we even had someone come up and look at it. The pull out bed was awful, unusable actually, the mattress was so thin and extremely uncomfortable. Last stay we were in a nicer and newer building which ultimately was the reason we came back to stay, not too sure we will return without confirmation of room before check in.

ONLY CLENED ROOM ONCE BOAT RAMP IS IN NEED OF REPAIR AND POPPED MY TIRES ON 2 SEPARATE VISIT STAFF IS UNRESPONSIVE - TRIED TO GIVE FEEDBACK AND REPEATEDLY IGNORED. ALSO VERY HARD TO GET AHOLD OF THEM.

i didn’t like how dirty was, the tub while you are showering sink the water doesn’t not go down the sink same thing, the floors so dirty the furniture everything so disgusting. suck music not offer breakfast and plus the charge you for food at the pool. don’t not let you have you own music and they don’t provide one when the horrible entertainment is over.

Some of the rooms looked like an apartment or motel and their were large families I didn’t like seeing so many dogs and the fact the owners didn’t pick up the poop on the beach
