Difficulty getting to the cabin for my Aunt. If she didn't have a mobility scooter, she couldn't have done it. Also, difficult to load and unload the car with parking being far from the actual cottage.

It was such a beautiful location and Mary & Roxanne were so helpful re: the national grid power outage. The location was difficult for my disabled Aunt to maneuver.

I think a little more parking spaces to accommodate handicap

Kelly was very friendly, plenty of room at the cabin.She accommodated our early arrival Had fun on the water with the paddle boat/3 wheeler . Nice a quiet on a private water front. The cabin was super clean

Very nice little cabin tucked away from the noise. Great surroundings, very quiet at night. A little bar/restaurant you can walk too if you don't feel like driving into town itself, but only minutes away if you want too.

Cottages are a little close together, just have to be mindful of other dogs if you bring your pet. Aside from that, nothing!

Owners were beyond friendly and accommodating, would come back again!

Quiet, Waterfront

The one thing we were unprepared for and did not see in the pictures was the fact that the front of our cabin was also the resort's parking place. This created two problems - the lack of privacy and sometimes the lack of parking for our own car (the parking is on the first come, first served basis). Fortunately the Summerhaven porch is protected by shrubbery so we could still enjoy our breakfasts there and see the lake.

The property has a lot to recommend it. The cabin we stayed in, Summerhaven, had a lovely view of the lake, a veranda where we had our meals, and a grill. The inside was clean, the bedroom and the living room had TVs, the shower was new and the kitchen was really well-supplied with a variety of utensils, pots and pans. The lake was right there and boats and canoes easily available. Most importantly, the owners live on the property and when we had a parking issue in the evening we called on Peter at 9:30 pm and it got resolved.

Nothing!! It was all enjoyable

Everything you would want out of a relaxing vacation!! It has everything. The lake is beautiful!! The property has a great cabin !! Big , clean and accommodating!! Peter and Kelly are absolutely accommodating and kind and available to help at all times. Really kind people! Definitely staying again!

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was wonderful from check in to check out.

What I did not like was that to many people had dogs and some of them were not friendly towards people. I get that it's pet friendly, but your dog should also be. There was also one dog that was a pit and when we pulled up the owner did not have it on a leash, and I felt very uncomfortably getting out of my car. He did put it on but was very skeptical with him and his dog. There was also 2 other people with dogs and when my granddaughter went to walk up to see them, they went right at her. If my husband wasn't with her, they would have gotten her. Also, some of the other residents were very disrespectful when it came to the noise and them just walking thru your spot. I did not like that and was not very happy about it. I don't know if we will be back or not.

I really liked being right on the beach. It was great when my granddaughter wanted to go, and it was right there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it here if you like dogs' sense there was so many of them.

The cabins were a lot smaller than they looked via pictures. There was no real room to hang out in the cabins at all.
