*i was lied to about deposit prices(diff = $55) *lied to about pricing::::had to do several payment types other than the one online for everything (unknown reasons) *online said animals okay, free if animal is "service" = didnt happen for my service animal = no grass areas * no appliances (microwave, fridge) * took me going back n forth, putting money into my account >3 different times due to me not having a total of 520-540on my cardbecause they tried my card over n over after i said the payment (reservation had taxes added already $324)...then add 75 refundable deposit at arrival! so i had 440 which shouldve cover all and any even if had to break into two payments.....! ended up using a separate card for the over-charged dep(below); many insulting "tried charging too much on my card - multiple tries equalled atleast 10+++ × 0.15$ =?$; along with them arguing that theres no appliances in my room and itf be another added charge per night making it ridiculously impossible ATM!, i ended up being out way more money unknown where or why it was charged totalling about 130- over promised rates of actual done& ready reservation !! *my reservation price + actual payment was way more+$ difference ****** just found on my account $55 of the surprise: (its not 75 online price it was 125 down deposit AT ARRIVAL!) was over charged according to my actual "refunded amount" all didnt refund onto my card though she said the 100 card +25 cash deposit was refundable __ i got jipped a good 55++ !!! **** *broken fan *broken coffee in room *half channels worked

when I got to my room there was no shower curtain. how can cleaning staff clean a room and not see there was no shower curtain and there was around 5 bottles of lotion and no shampoos or body was in the bathroom.

Good deal but any la Quinta I stay at any more the hotel feels dirty and bad odor in the hallways. Room was comfortable and liked the sink area was separate from shower and toilet.

The online info didn’t mention anything about a non refundable pet deposit. The people staying there that night who were in the parking lot when I walked my dog were “spooky as hell”. But, in fairness, just because I was uncomfortable doesn’t mean they were doing anything wrong.

The window car parked beside us was broken. Carpet needs to be changed. Outside not too safe but the hotel has cameras all over the hotel.

As long as you clean your room you can feel a little comphy, I don't get how these rooms pass being clean. The only thing clean in the room are the sheets. And the towels.

I was in room 142 and accross the hallway was an employee work area. The noise sounded like an ongoing vacum sound which was intermittent. It could be annoying for some travelers. Also, some homeless people were on the backside of the parking lot.

Very nice room and layout! Exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good including waffles, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal along with fruit juice and coffee.

Lots of noise from hallway and parking lot. Seem to be parties till late. Barking dogs and even a dog fight in the hallway. Carpet in hallway was spotted from pets I think. Needed to be shampooed.
