The sink in our room didn’t properly drain I asked for a change of hand towels and wash cloths but didn’t get them; We got them from the front desk when we returned in the evening; front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

We wanted to take a taxi or Uber to a concert that was 15 miles away. The cab company wanted $110 round trip and the Uber was not reliable. So we drove. Just made sure to stop partying an hour before the show was over.

The room was very well made up and clean. Don't have any negative comments.

The shower hair conditioner container was empty. The kleenex container was not full. After it was emptied we had to use TP.

There were no ice buckets in my room. Don't know if that's the policy but it is bothersome to walk down to the office and ask for a bucket.

More coffee packs. There were only 3 for 2 of us. 1 of us drinks 3 but we asked the housekeeper, and she kindly gave us 3 more.

They aren't serving breakfast which makes it much less economical to stay there. They should lower the room rate or bring back continental breakfast.

The kink room I reserved from your site wasn’t pet friendly I had the filter checked for pet friendly when I got to check in desk they gave me a double bed room that was pet friendly and couldn’t rebate the difference between a king and double queen room because they needed permission from booking. No phone to call to get in touch with booking.com for rebate so won’t use in future will hotels direct to avoid confusions

Thought it was going to be more secluded in location. The outside park/sitting area was smaller than the advertised picture portrayed. The toilet didn't want to fill and the pipe before the showerhead spayed all over. Although these two things were corrected right away. The wifi signal poor in this area.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, and roomy. The staff exceptional. All our needed were accommodated. .

No offense to the property but wish folks who stayed in other rooms would be more considerate and be more quiet. It wasn't people up stairs it was on either side of us the first night at 1:30-2 am!

Liked having our room on the first floor like we asked! Nice to have the good size waist baskets because of us staying 2 nights. Nice to have a recliner in the room. Staff is very nice. Will stay again!

Due to weather we couldn't use the deck, but the view was very nice and it'd be great during warm months. The room was spacious and had all basic amenities. The location was great: walking distance to great coffee.

The toilet paper in our room was down to its last handful of sheets and there were no spare or fresh roles available within the room. Also, the shower temperature was backwards: in order to have a hot shower we had to rotate the knob towards the cold/blue section and to cool down the water temp, we would have to rotate the knob towards the hot/red section.
