Small problem with check-in. Front desk gave us the wrong room number/key. We had a party of 7, with, luggage unable to access the room. I ran back to front desk, just as it was closing, and he reset my key. I went back to the room and it still didn’t work. Went back to the lobby but it was now closed! Thankfully, I found a maintenance worker who came upstairs and figured out that we were trying to access the wrong room. He brought us to the right room, let us in, and returned with the correct keys. Small snafu, but frustrating after a long day of travel.

Everything. We love staying here when we visit this area. Great location, not overcrowded, room size is amazing. The staff is always a pleasure, I could go on and on.... We always take the opportunity to stay here if our dates needed are available and once even change our vacation dates to start at The Berkeley!

Had an incident where another guest took their dog. Dogs aren't allowed. The dog barked and kept us awake. After complaining, the security guard warned the guest but then moved us to a new location away from the guest with the dog.

We love The Berkley Orlando! The rooms are spacious and all the spaces are very clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic!

Housekeeping wanting to get into our rooms right at 10am…seriously? We’ve stayed here many times and that was a little annoying, but yes we were gathering the last few items out from the fridge and rolling downstairs, but still…

Practically had the place to ourselves, off season, staff @ front desk (Morocco n/French) was a breath of fresh air!!! The pool was clean bright and Perfectly temped!

That the gym closes when the staff leaves, but that's understandable. It's probably why the place stays so well maintained.

The furniture and curtains were a little dated but still in excellent condition.

What an amazing pool area which can just be walked into with no steps. Hot tub was fab too. I just felt totally relaxed when here. Good parking and near a walgreens and loads of restaurants. I didn't want to leave and the whole place was so clean. Excellent cable station on the tvs in lounge and bedrooms. Free toiletries which smelt great and water pressure in the showers was fantastic. Only place I've seen with electric charging points for electric cars.

Wouldn't stop us from staying again, but the area around the resort could use some landscaping. Alot of high grass and unkempt area surrounding the pool/patio. A nice lake fountain view but area surrounding the fountain and pool very unkempt. Stayed 4 nights, and no one offered to clean the room (luckily, we cleaned behind ourselves as we go). Also, no one offered any replacement linen. It was enough on arrival, but we had to grab linen off the cart in the hall when spotted. No food options on-site, resort market, or coffee shop, only a drink machine available.

The 3 bedrooms were clean, large, and spacious for our family of six with 3 full baths. Price was good for the stay and large rooms compared to others. Comfortable room temperature. Kitchen stocked with needed cooking utensils to prepare a meal. Grills located onsite for anyone staying who wanted to grill. Washer and dryer available. Did offer things to do (some activities scheduled on the calendar, game room for kids, and movie theatre with pre-set showtimes for select movies). The pool was nice and wasn't crowded. Plenty parking available for guests. Many stores and restaurants are nearby. Staff were friendly the few interactions we had. Felt safe during our stay.
