I would say there were a few of the lifeguards that were rude and snippy towards guests. I know that it’s important to keep everyone safe (I was a lifeguard a few years back) and it’s possible to keep people safe while respecting them too. I had just gotten my baby out of his float for him to splash for a few minutes and before I could do anything a lifeguard starting literally yelling at me to get the float out of the pool. When her just asking nicely or explaining why I couldn’t just keep the float next to me for a couple of minutes instead of having to get out of the pool to set it on the chair and then go back in all while holding my one year old. She was just super rude and honestly whistle happy.

We loved the size of the room and how it felt more like an apartment. We enjoyed the pools and the cleanliness of the whole resort

I have stayed twice now. First time was on one side and 2 bedroom private. This time stayed on other side smaller one bedroom was more hotel like. Would not advise these style rooms if looking for noise proof.

They took a $300 security deposit and haven’t refunded it yet after 2 weeks of checking out. There were 10 different bookings with our party and no one has received their deposit back.

The pool side nachos could use some work ( the chips were complete mush at the bottom in a pool of cheese and the pork needed better seasoning for sure. My husband also felt the pillows and bed from a comfort standpoint could use some work. I have to agree on this one!

This property is amazing if you are a family. We saved a ton of money being able to prep and cook our own meals in our suite. The property was just taken over by Hilton and we could tell some things in the room had a facelift. The facility and site is amazing so many activities to do as a family. This site has it right, from the arcade to the basketball court to the amazing pools kids absolutely love the water slides and free paddle boat ride and playground is a great bonus! This was an amazing value and was a short 50-55 minute ride to legoland it worked out perfectly!! We will definitely be back! Also a bonus we had a small washer and dryer which I was not expecting and as a family with small kids this was actually a very nice welcome surprise to have on our trip!

Construction is horrible, the way have you driving in circles to get in and out is such a headache. If you’re in one of the new remodeled buildings it’s great but we were in an older one and it has maintenance issues similar to last time we visited.

Staff and food is always great, plenty of areas spread out to swim.

The acoustics in the room are terrible, you could hear everything from the room next door. The bed was also very bad, mattress very soft

We checked in late yet The cleaning person still made us come back out our suite as we entered.. we waited 8 mins for her to clean. And she didn’t change our bedding. There was food sauce (I hope) on our bedding. And when we notified the staff they just sent up new bedding without an apology or didn’t even offer to remake the bed with the clean bedding. But outside of that the stay was perfect will stay again CHECK THE BEDDING FIRST!

I loved that they were able to accommodate immediately during my time of need. I loved the pool area, I loved the quit time at night, I loved the upgrades so far to the property and rooms. Staff was always around a present through out the property daily. Security was on point. I can wait to get back when the property is fully renovated. very pleasant and clean property.
