The pool side nachos could use some work ( the chips were complete mush at the bottom in a pool of cheese and the pork needed better seasoning for sure. My husband also felt the pillows and bed from a comfort standpoint could use some work. I have to agree on this one!

This property is amazing if you are a family. We saved a ton of money being able to prep and cook our own meals in our suite. The property was just taken over by Hilton and we could tell some things in the room had a facelift. The facility and site is amazing so many activities to do as a family. This site has it right, from the arcade to the basketball court to the amazing pools kids absolutely love the water slides and free paddle boat ride and playground is a great bonus! This was an amazing value and was a short 50-55 minute ride to legoland it worked out perfectly!! We will definitely be back! Also a bonus we had a small washer and dryer which I was not expecting and as a family with small kids this was actually a very nice welcome surprise to have on our trip!

Construction is horrible, the way have you driving in circles to get in and out is such a headache. If you’re in one of the new remodeled buildings it’s great but we were in an older one and it has maintenance issues similar to last time we visited.

Staff and food is always great, plenty of areas spread out to swim.

The acoustics in the room are terrible, you could hear everything from the room next door. The bed was also very bad, mattress very soft

We checked in late yet The cleaning person still made us come back out our suite as we entered.. we waited 8 mins for her to clean. And she didn’t change our bedding. There was food sauce (I hope) on our bedding. And when we notified the staff they just sent up new bedding without an apology or didn’t even offer to remake the bed with the clean bedding. But outside of that the stay was perfect will stay again CHECK THE BEDDING FIRST!

The room was beautiful. A lot of space, all the things needed right in the room. Had a stove refrigerator and washer and dryer in the room.

The bed was to hard. The toilet room was way too small could shut the door while on the toilet. It was under construction.

The Sofabed was an absolute Nightmare, do not count it as a sleap option, metal bar will kill your back. Horrible

The furniture and decor were a bit dated and bulky.

We loved the water park and pool. It was perfect for our 4 and 7 year olds. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The place was quite close (by car) to restaurants and shopping.

I didn't think the beds were as comfortable as I'm used to with the Hilton Brand, but with that being said, we did just find out upon arrival that they had been bought by Hilton and just started rebranding. Also, we had 4 people in the apartment style room and there was no sheets or blankets to make the sofabed for our kids and we arrrived at 1:30 am due to a delayed flight, so that was a bit frustrating. Then when we showered the next day, the bath soap container was completely empty. We made a call and they brought us all the items we needed, I just think that is something that should have been checked PRIOR to guests arriving. In addition, we had to call to get clean towels daily, which I think is just something you have to do now since Covid, but when we're on vacation we would like our room cleaned, beds made and fresh towels daily.

The Pools and Water Park were great for the kids. It's so nice to have water slides and more things than just a pool for the kids when staying a week somewhere. The Activites for the week were awesome as well, really gave our family options for things to do outside of swimming. They also had an activity center that was really set up well with XBox, Games and fun things for the family.
