Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOur room wasn't vacuumed properly. We found several Taki type chips on the floor near the couch. Also, the lighting in the bathroom /hallway is difficult for applying makeup. The elevator gave an unkempt appearance and made me a little uneasy about what the room would be like, but that was absolutely unfounded. Room was fine! The breakfast area is pretty small and if we'd had more time we would have taken the food back to our room.
Location is good and the parking was good. The lobby is a little tired looking. I really liked the king room having a couch and chair. We also had a microwave and fridge. I found the bed and pillows comfy. I liked the blackout shade and light-filtering option. I didn't hear any airport noise at all -- whether that's a hotel thing or a not busy airport, I'm not sure.
