We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe facility was booked and areas such as the pool were uncleaned for the weekend. The pool area had spilled food and dirt in the area, and the water in both the pool and the hot tub area were visibly dirty. This is unacceptable for the rates for this hotel. The pool and hot tub area were part of the reason I originally booked this hotel, and they were not usable.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

United StatesUnlike our first stay, the room had obviously been recently checked out of and not cleaned thoroughly. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, their was hair everywhere that didn’t belong to us, and rhinestones and other objects on the floor which indicated it had not been vacuumed. The pool was nice, yet their weren’t any clean dry towels stocked and their was trash left around the tables.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great, lots of food, shopping and entertainment closeby. Easy check in and out and ample parking.

Stayed in the Junior suite it was nice and big. Problem is it was club level which was included in the price, and the club was closed the entirety of our stay.  To compensate they gave our family of four 2 breakfast vouchers each morning, which I felt was inadequate. The host at the restaurant was not very friendly either but our server was very nice.

United StatesManagement was not empathetic at all what so ever I had drove 2 hours away to stay there with my family to have a great time however when I arrived they said they stopped accepting my form of payment however there was no information anywhere in the facility or in the website stating this matter there was no fine print or anything letting me know I needed to have a actual bank card and not my chime card I’ve always been able to use my chime card at any place I’ve booked this place did not assist me and did not honor the fact that it was no documentation that stated I could not use my card I felt like I was being discriminated against and that management did not try to assist me me and my family had to go stay at a different hotel in my area and they accepted my form of payment

Czech RepublicGym is a big disappointment. Out of 6 treadmills only two worked and they were not leveled and very shaky. Dumbbells are very dated, overall feels very sad. Common areas were closed for convention so nowhere to sit to wait for check in.
