This place looks freshly renovated and has been well maintained. The location is residential, very quiet neighborhood.

Only complaint would be that the air was off when we got there and it took a while to cool down from the summer heat.

Loved the close location and how neat and clean everything was! Communication was excellent and quick with anything we needed. Very nice and comfy to come back to relax after the day's adventures.

The couch is supposed to be a pull out, but I took a quick look under the cushion and put it right back down. It was super dirty and smelled. There is a whole meal underneath!! Also, there where no extra sheets provided for our 5th person who was supposed to sleep on it. Luckily I came prepared with a mattress and extra sheets and pillow. I suggest u bring extra pillows if u need more then one and extra towels. U only get one. The backyard was not usable. The grass was high and the next door tree was growing into the play set. The floor looked clean at first but was super dirty. The shower needs a good scrub with bleach as well. Cleaning products were under the sink.

The property is upgraded and looks very nice. There is a large tv but u only have very limited options. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed including salt and pepper and coffee. There is a blender as well. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of parking across the street.

The gate was missing to the backyard fenced in area. We would have liked direct access to the backyard from inside the house, we had to walk around from the front to get to the backyard.

The house was nicely put together, well equipped, and clean. I really liked that everything was light and bright. It had a fenced in backyard which was a plus, however the gate was missing. The house was also close to many attractions.The neighborhood was quiet.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy and made us a little uncomfortable being a group of girls.

The interior was clean and beautifully updated. the proximity to downtown Niagara was also great!

No clothes hook for bedroom and bathroom doors. No kettle. The toilet and shower could have been cleaned better.

The location of our rental changed the day of our arrival, but we were thankful for the communication with the owner. The house location concerned me at first because the area seemed a bit run down and looked (for lack of a better word) sketchy, but being that the house was the first house off the main road it seemed safer. We did like the proximity to the falls.

We liked the layout of the home, that it came stocked with dishes and it was clean. It was also a very quick drive out to the falls and convenient to get to the main road to reach other tourist destinations we really appreciated being so close to everything.

The property is updated but the furniture and decor is a bit used and dated. Wouldn't say that the property and amenities are "luxury" as stated in its title. For instance, sheets and bedding is good but far from luxury. The main con is that there's no parking on the property and no driveway so you can park on the street across from the house. When we contacted the owner, he said to just park diagonally on the front lawn. You have to contact the city to let them know not to tow your car (info posted inside the property). The neighborhood is in transition and we passed by several streets where the houses are run down. The outside of the property is not updated, thus blended in. Could use a good clean in between guests. The place is tidy upon entry but the fridge, counter, sinks, surfaces obviously haven't been cleaned. Luckily, we brought our own sanitizing wipes and cleaned the surfaces upon entry.

Inside of the property was renovated and the floor plan is simple with ample space. It fit our needs for a quick overnight stay. Keyless entry with code was easy.

It is a great little house, perfect for family getaway. Located on quiet street, easy parking, easy check-in and out via lockbox. Huge well equipped kitchen, big TV and cozy sofa.

Looked like nobody was there to clean the apartment, dust everywhere, floors not clean at all, bathroom needed to be clean a lot as well as the rooms because they were full of dust.

It was mentioned in earlier reviews and I'm surprised more people didn't mention it but the neighborhood is not great. The bathroom had no hooks or towel bars - ZERO. The place is not close to the word "luxury". The photos are definitely when they first renovated because everything is dated. While parking is free, it is not off-street. I thought that we had a off-street parking spot but it does not. The host said we could park in the back but there was no space and we couldn't get back there from the house. I would NOT recommend this place.

No wash cloths for bathing or washing dishes. Only 1 kitchen trash bag really? Poor kitchen utensils.No access to online or local TV. FIRE hazard could not open door to the backyard. Front weather door spring needs replaced. This was not luxury 😕. Neighborhood is questionable. Need new pillows. Too flat.

At first when we drove up, I thought the “luxury” home description was a big stretch. The front yard was not mowed, house appeared old and outdated on exterior, neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. The AC is off when you arrive and took some time to cool off house. The first smell that hits you as you enter was a sour, mildewed smell which we found out later was all the towels and bathroom rug. All the throw rugs appeared dirty. The bed sheets were clean but no bedspread on king bed and only a small blanket which did not smell washed. Housing 5 people would have been tough and bathroom is very small. There were food crumbs still in the microwave from a previous visitor and the floors and bathroom appeared like they had not been mopped or cleaned. There were no hooks to hang any thing ie towels or wet clothes The kitchen window has no covering and and faces a dark open alleyway allowing anyone to peer in window at night. We ended up hanging a makeshift covering to block it while we were there. AC was adequate but one room with twin beds got hotter than the rest of house. Hot water and cold water are switched and shower makes a squealing sound when it’s turned on. Honestly had the house and linens have just been cleaned and smelled better the house would have been adequate for us as we were gone all day sightseeing and only there at night. We did not cook any meals there or turn on tv.

Location of property was close to Niagara down town and border to Canada which was convenient. House was located in fairly decent family neighborhood and free parking of vehicle across street from house. Neighborhood was quiet. House interior appeared to have been remodeled with a contemporary feel. Newer appliances. Wi-Fi available. Beds moderately comfortable.

The property is listed as “luxury” but it is not luxurious at the minute. The standard of cleanliness was very poor. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, hairs in the bathroom floor, dust and grim in the shower and bedrooms, the cutlery and kitchen drawers do not appear to have been cleaned in a while and there were grubby shelves in the fridge. it is a shame. A little more care and attention would make this a very pleasant property to stay in. The brusk manner of check in was impersonal. The owner said a code would be sent to me on the arrival day. I had to phone looking for the code when I arrived and he didn’t say have a pleasant stay, overall feeling was this was a quick buck for the owner with no thought for the client.
