My room wasn't dirty sheets weren't fully clean and bathroom tub was dirty

There were some roaches and it smelled of cigarette smoke. There were stains on my curtains. I feel like the room could have been cleaner. The vending machine was broke. It wasn't a really horrible stay, we made the best of it , but I won't be going back.

The location is very old, outdated, and moldy. I don’t think the hotel has ever been renovated the carpets were torn and the furniture all had warping and water damage. The fridge didn’t close and the lighting was very dark and scary. Carpets stained black and lots of dust and debris all over the hotel. The couch was ripped and stained and smelt very bad.

The staff was nice and got a jacuzzi room for under $150. Great shopping places nearby.

So dirty nasty smely. Only toast and raisin bran for breakfast. It stunk so bad we slept in all our clothes because we didnt want to get under the covers.

I didn't like rooms,my first room had 2 ripped on the arm of the chair. the material was ripped off the office chair. The tub wasn't clean right, have out dated tvs. The shower curtain was dirty the bed room curtain was dirty. My second room the bathroom and bed room curtain was dirty towel rack was broken. Before checking out saw a roach and a bed bug.

It's bad. As my travel experience this is the worst hotel i've been to. Receptionist is great and helpful but other than that everything is bad. Pool is dirty, room is very dirty, sink and bath dirty, room floor stinks, microwave and ref stinks. Better just look for other place to stay.

We didn't stay. We didn't know there was a deposit. So we got upset and left.

The facility is super unclean, with trash on the hallway. There's holes on the carpet and stains on the bathtub. Microwave doesn't work. And so on. It was like a nightmare to us. We are wondering how this place passed.the inspection. We will never stay here again.

The staff were friendly and willing to sovle the problems.

The whole place was just dirty. Very dirty. The room was clean with clean linens but they did have stains. Also, a woman who was having her sons birthday party there had to cancel the party because her room was infested with bed bugs. We didn't see any in our room but I won't be staying at this hotel anymore. Cleanliness is important when staying at a hotel.

It was ok if you just needed a place to sleep.

First room smell like cat urine. Second room didn't smell as bad but the sink was clogged. Guests were playing loud music until 2 and 3 in the morning.

Bed was ok. Service was OK. And the price was ok. Location was ok. The service at the desk was helpful and was able to address the concern I had about the condition of the room

The fact that when I brought up my concerns to the front desk she looked at me like I was crazy and told me she was just going to spray for the roaches offered me no compensation or discount.

Nothing there was cigarette ashes on my floor when I arrived... The room next to mine was filled with extra people who were smoking and walked out the hallway with a blunt in their mouth whole place reeks of cigarettes.

It would be better if they clean they rooms more. Carpet, walls, furniture. Bathroom, tub, floor. Keep the room smelling good. Keep hallway vacuum and clean. Learn how to wash walls. It will not hurt. Clear away bugs to.

I didn’t like the people staying there I didn’t like my room very nasty the bed was clean tho but bathroom tub was stained with dark spots

I liked that they had a indoor pool my room was ground level the front desk guy was vey sweet and people were giving him a hard time they had a working mini fridge and microwave in the room ice machine

Had to change rooms first room lamp shades radddy TV didn't work Halls smell like smoke very strong Blanket had a cigarette burn right in the Second one room TV worked but white lines Running through lamp shades need to be replaced in both rooms carpet needs cleaning It was My wife birthday We just went to sleep and showered the next morning.
