It was gross, non smoking rooms were definitely smoked I. smelled awful, 1 room bathroom light did not work, smoke detector in drawer with wires hanging from ceiling, tv didn’t work in either room, phones didn’t work in either room and the staff did not seem to care one bit, would not ever stay there again or recommend it

Thin walls. Could hear cackling from actors and the laugh track from the tv blaring from the room to the right, so it was hard to get to sleep. Woke up at 1:00 am to the same tv blaring on the right, and a woman loudly running her mouth on the left. No breakfast, not even a sack one. Other hotels have been back to serving breakfast for months. Ice machine didn’t work.

Place was a total dive. For $240 a night, it should have felt like I was an actual guest for a night & not like I was prisoner in Motel Hell or Jeepers Creepers. Couldn't sleep due to there not being any isulation around the door to the room: heard every noise & argument taking place outside the door. Additionally, my room had lights shining in all night because there was no foam or trim around the door frame to block it. The room was full of cigarette smoke stench. The one blanket on the bed had burn holes. The AC didnt work. The floors & towels were not thoroughly cleaned. Booking can't control what rooms a customer gets but not being able to switch rooms (full capacity) & having to still pay for the dump is equally disturbing. I understand what it means not to be able to get a refund: but I checked out after one night. Booking.com & the OYO get to keep my money but I'll have to consider it an expensive lesson in learning never to use either again.

I liked that I got to leave & made up my mind never to return.

There wasn't enough staff. There was no continental breakfast, when I thought there was going to be. We needed help with the TV because it did not start up the correct 'input' setting.

The room was clean and close to the highway.

Traffic on a busy road but not a major disturbance unless your one of those people who can’t sleep unless it’s completely quiet

check in was hard. the attendant was stressed from too many people talking to her at once. the room we expected and reserved was not available.the room we got had an air/heating system going on and off all night vey noisily. there was no smoke alarm, just the empty plastic ring one should attach to. the rug was filthy. how do I know? my wife wore a pair of clean white socks for the short time we we in the room and walking about. they were noticeably dirty when she took them off to get in bed.

it was a place to sleep.

The train that came through about 3 :00am and woke us up. There was alot of outside noise the first night. Aside from that, we would stay again.

The hotel was easy to find. It was clean and near restaurants and a gas station. Our room had plenty of lighting. The staff was friendly.

The location is in an industrial port area with few nearby restaurants. Despite that, the room was quiet and we had no problem.

The front desk person who checked me in was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bed comfortable. It was very close to a bridge over the Mississippi which made for easier travel.

Tv didn’t work, room was not clean, toilets were filthy, the bathroom was just not clean it was rusty and just old. There wasn’t any wifi in the room. We fought spiders all night.

My reservation was weekly and I had to leave the hotel for an emergency and they refused to return the value of the nights that I did not use or redeem the nights for the following week. that according to those are the hotel policies. Which they never mentioned.
