It’s hard to say because these are super minor things but maybe a more comfy chair by the fireplace in the living room and extra blankets.

I really enjoyed the cozy feel of the cabin itself and the ambiance outside at night with the fire pit and outdoor fireplace.

The couch has a lingering dog smell on it, made it a bit uncomfortable to sit on because the smell was so strong.

The kitchen had the essentials but was a bit outdated.

The place had a chimney and heating up beat the cold. The shower was delicious.

I didn’t like how the window above the bed has a breeze but it wasn’t bad really. The bathroom wasn’t dirty but it has it problems with a small shower, but it gets the job done.

It was in a good area close to food places and other activities. The property was clean and the heater WORKS it gets real toasty in the room. The hot water is come on fast and works like a charm. I got the kitchen so the stay was nice.

Well taken care! Clean comfortable. Beautiful lake view perfect in the winter. Water was frozen could not have a better 2 days in big bear. Fire pits were all around and were great to hang around.

Floors weren't very clean. It was difficult to plan without knowing the layout of our cabin ahead of time. It would be helpful when booking a room to get the exact cabin number and have images of that cabin to plan (ie- twin vs queen beds, location of the beds when you have children, etc)

Great location, right on the water, able to walk to downtown area. Large fireplace and fire pits that were all turned on at dark.

There was no lighter for the fireplace, nobody To help with questions (no staff at all), no hair dryer, no soap ou sponge in the kitchen, our toilet was leaking and the bedroom downstairs (chalet 10) is cold.

Personally the Cabin it self was fairly small. Even just for two people we were always bumping into eachother. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, it seem pretty outdated. The faucet was super corroded.

The area in the woods was very nice and pleasant not to loud. The fireplace was a nice touch to the cabin since it can get very cold at night.

The bed was quite firm, so we barely slept during the night, but that was our only complaint.

Noon Lodge was beautiful and a great getaway. The lodges come with most of what you’ll need for a few days’ stay. The welcome pack came with a great guide for places to check out in Big Bear, and we loved our visit.

While showering in the smaller bathroom, the water suddenly turned extremely hot, like we had to jump out of it or else will get burned. For the second night we used the bigger bathroom and there was no issue.

The location is perfect, it was in the middle of everything. When we got there, the cabin was already warm & cozy for us. No issues getting there, the view at the lake was amazing & the fireplace too, we made some s'mores. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

My husband and I were a little confused about the two coffee cups we used.. It said to clean and put away, but there was nothing to clean them with. Made us think that previous people who have stayed..were we using their dirty cups?🤷🏻‍♀️🤔

We loved the decor, fireplace, area/location and loved that there was a tv and access to Hulu/netflix/etc.

I only have ONE complaint and that is the walls are SO thin! We could hear the people who were connected to us. As in, we could hear their whole conversation! We accommodated though by having a noise machine at night. Also, one suggestion of making the cabin parking on the side lot a little bigger. The car parked next to us was a big truck, which made it hard for us to get in and out to our spot.

We absolutely loved staying with Noon Lodge for a little weekend trip to Big Bear. It was super close to The Village, a very short car ride. It was very central to the main parts of town and you had lake access. They offered many amenities but our absolute favorite were all the bonfires throughout! It definitely gave us the little cabin feels, which is what we were looking for coming from San Diego to escape the beach life. They were also super welcoming to our dog!
