Have stayed at the property twice and both times, have encountered problems with the front desk. We paid in advance but were were double charged for the room. And it was a 30-minute fight to prove to them that they were wrong, which they eventually acknowledged. Twice the same problem. We don't want to go through that again - really sours the stay when you have to fight with the property and the desk clerks/managers. We stay at more than enough properties around the US to know how its suppose to be (and not suppose to be). It shouldn't be that difficult to get it right both at check-in and check-out. Needs to up your front desk game and not drop the ball.

The room and amenities were as pictured and described. The room was as advertised and met our expectations. It was clean.

But the staff really left a lot to be desired, really... While the bar and restaurant staff were pleasant enough, the check-in counter and bell service emoloyees were rough around the edges to say the least. They had little idea of what they were doing.

It is what it is...a pricey hotel in a weird, corporate office-park-type neighborhood. My room was enormous and the bed very comfortable...

Bar closed too early and needs a better restaurant.

I out was an amazing hotel and location. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms were very quiet and clean but would have preferred better place to eat. Unfortunately the bar closed early and we were all there to celebrate a big championship win. Otherwise beautiful

when i arrives, i was put in a handicap accessible room. I asked to be relocated to another room which I was eventually accommodated. That room was quite a distance from the elevators and I couldnt easily access the stairs either. Wait time for elevators was a bit lengthy.

I didn't like that the room did not have a bathtub so I couldn't take a bubble bath disappointed. The room service I didn't like because the food was brought in take home containers so I didn't get the hotel feeling I was looking forward to with room service. Also the table in the room was too small for my and husband to eat on so he sat in the bed and I ate at the table. The Keurig machine wasn't working well either for the money I spent at the hotel those things she had been better provide especially the room service paper products not good. Will I come back not sure.

The view was wonderful. Being on the balcony looking at the golf course. The ducks, geese and birds very peaceful. The room was bright and clean.

it kind a looks like an office building from the 70s or 80s a bit stark on the outside. I was thinking Manhattan Beach is a small town; yet this hotel was very big! lots of rooms! it is a total trade off; clean , modern & very pretty updated design, but architecture not very appealing. I moved the last day to a beachfront hotel which had a completely different vibe and definitely not as luxe! and more expensive!

I loved the open modern lobby! the outdoor pool was great as well as the gym. this hotel was very spacious & clean. it was on a golf course which was nice & my queen room with a balcony overlooked the golf course; it was very peaceful & quite. Great for business travelers, which I think is the main clientele, since it was not near the beach / tourist area downtown.

Maybe not have the full length mirror in the bathroom. Also it would be an added bonus if the hotel provided shuttle service to airport.

Our bathroom floor wasn’t clean. Lots of dust bunnies and hairs in corners. The air conditioner was very loud.

I don’t think the restaurant and pool are large enough to meet the needs of the hotel. They are too small and not much available in the way of snacks etc. The location is wonderful and exposes you to shopping, town, restaurants and beaches. Staff friendly and professional!!!!
