Great location if its just a layover stop. Restaurant was great as was the food. Lovely staff and you have a Starbucks in the hotel for your morning coffee.

Elevator too far from the room

Our first room we requested a waterfront view. We were put in a semi water front view non of the usb plugs worked. The view from our room didn’t complete a water view….others can have full view into your room and the tvs were small. Parking prices were extremely over priced.

The way to the room was extremely long and confusing - it was ok for one night. The whole process with breakfast is convoluted - we get a 60USD voucher for breakfast, however it is not clear how it works. The voucher mentions that it includes coffee, orange juice and one dish - however this is not necessarily true. You need to check the menu and try to match the value of what is offered with the voucher. Basically you almost always will end up paying more than 60USD and the food is not good enough for that. We asked for something special (hot chocolate) and were told by the staff that if we wanted that, we would need to go to Starbucks and get it ourselves. My advice for anyone staying: ignore the breakfast voucher and just get something from Starbucks - it will probably be cheaper.

Close to the airport with a shuttle service available. The room was nice and modern with a good view over the airport - for those who like airplanes, it is probably the best room to have. The room was relatively silent and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. The staff was helpful at check in and check out.

Rooms were not constructed with the quality that matched the price. No grips in shower for an older person. No drawers to put clothes. Cheap coffee maker. No free breakfast. Expensive breakfast so bought from Starbucks! Homestead Suites across the street would have been just as good for less money and a free breakfast!

Likes having a walking path and that the bikes were free to ride 👍

It’s a big hotel, but at 10pm the restaurant has closed and no room service available. There is no way you can have warm food when you arrive late from the airport. Also the one and only bar in the hotel closes at 11pm and the staff is very unfriendly if you ask them for a drink before the close. I would expect that such a big airport would have 24/7 service! Very disappointing!

Excellent location. Just some minutes to SFO while the landscape with taking-on & landing-off aircrafts all the time making the wonderful view for the guests. I also love the bar in the lobby!

1. Upon arrival, the female front desk was kind of rude. She didn’t allow me to finish my sentence when asking questions and when I ask her what’s included in the M lounge, she simply replied “Everything”. Very unprofessional in my opinion. 2. The hotel room is a bit old with the old smell.

The location is really good, the water view is fabulous. I was particularly impressed by the shuttle service. However I wish more information regarding shuttle service can be provided upfront.

Room carpet is old and kind of smell. Not good for people with allergies like me. They gave me a room facing the “mountains” instead of water because it was supposed to be quieter ( planes landing). However the room faced construction and the noise started super early in the morning.

Location is great for the night before an early morning flight. Breakfast at the Marriott lounge was great.

The value of parking and there wasn’t a valet.

At this day and age Wifi should be free and included in the price. Parking was also way too expensive. 40 USD for overnight parking in outdoor parking lot is outrageous.

I had to pay $48.00 for parking even though it should be free parking since I am staying at their hotel. Booking should inform me that there is a $48.00 per day parking fee. I am very disappointed
