It was a fabulous stay!! Very clean. The gentleman that checked me in was very kind and helpful with questions I had. Wonderful area and the pool was great. My 7 yo said it felt like staying in a fairytale house! We loved our stay.

I really can't think of anything.

The building is an older building. However, it looks interesting and was not run down. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and was a big room. The jacuzzi was nice. It was a great location, right across the street from the trolley. I'd recommend using the trolley. Parking lots were often full and many of the streets downtown are narrow and winding. Using the trolley is very helpful. The room also had a large tv with many channel choices.

From the warm "Welcome to Eureka Springs" to both myself and my dog, Matterhorn Towers proved to be the perfect spot to stay.

Not a single complaint. I don’t understand how anyone could complain.

The management is exceptional. I hope when you visit this place you get to meet Jackson the lobby dog. He was one of our favorite parts about departing each day we were there as he was on our path to the parking lot. The owner/manager was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home instantly.

We don't have any complaints from our stay. It was above and beyond our expectations.

Wow, the hospitality was amazing! Chris, the innkeeper, gave it a real Bed & Breakfast vibe. And if you need any recommendations, just see him! You are right around the corner from downtown, you could walk if you don't mind walking up the hill back. But that's quite the hill. Luckily it's right across the street from a trolley stop! You're just a short ride from downtown. The trolley is $6 a day, and takes you all over Eureka depending on which trolley you take. The beds were extremely comfortable! Mattress felt new. We will definitely stay here again! PS they have a new lobby dog named Jackson who is such a sweetheart and loves the guests!

Regular/old fashion key to the room, and only 1 per room. I would recommend to the owner to update to key card style locks.

The rooms are in building. Very silent. Modern AC units. Parking available. Close to downtown. Quick and easy check-in. It's a castle style building, beautiful, gives great atmosphere.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful owner. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Loved the outside look of the hotel. Conveniently located in walking distance from supermarkets and from downtown. Very clean room, big plus!!!

We had a room with two double beds. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. If something extra was needed the owner was more than happy to provide extra towels or necessities. He also offers to help you carry anything you may need help with. The hospitality is always amazing. The location is not far from downtown eureka which meant easy access to the cute shops and food. It was also close to some nearby winerys and other eureka springs attractions. I would recommend staying here if you enjoy having good hospitality and a homey feel!
