Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Spacious apartment with a beach across the road in front of the property. Relatively close to restaurants and attractions. There was a nice pool and hot tub but we didn't use those because of rainy days while we were there.

United StatesNo air conditioning which isn’t a big deal but it gets noisy at night with all the windows open (you can hear other people walking by your bedroom and watching tv). Location isn’t great for walking—if you are driving its not a big deal—but it is on the outskirts of Kihei with nothing within walking distance and there are no sidewalks on the road. Also, they decided to do landscaping outside our room on day 2 and they brought in a mini bulldozer to dig up the patio while we were staying there. We asked for a room change which they accommodated but it was still a bummer to spend a few hours away from the beach to deal with it. When we asked for compensation, they offered us $40 off our $3k booking which was a little disappointing. Overall, i got the vibe that they weren’t going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I think this great for families but if you are a couple or you can spring a little more for downtown Kihei do it!

United StatesThe restaurant should be open for breakfast. And there should be an airport shuttle included. Even if the resort has to partner with a hotel that provides it. The hot tub didn't work. Maybe the pool tech had shut it off for maintenance and forgot to turn it back on?
Location was good. Walking distance from MCDONALD'S, Longs drug store, swap meet, and others. The views are great from the balconies.
