It was not very welcoming, instead of going to reception in the middle of the day, I had to go to the night window. The mattress protector was stained and disgusting, it could do with a wash, I’m not entirely sure that my sheets were fresh and clean. The shower had no pressure and was dirty. When I did have a shower I felt like I needed another one as the floor was filthy. I didn’t feel I should have left a tip, but I did.

That was rough, not gonna lie. The area was dodgy and multiple uber drivers advised us to not leave the motel at night, even if it was for a minute. We found 2 cockroaches as soon as we entered our room which was a bit nasty. There was mold on the ceilings, floor and shower. The shower floor felt slimey too. Not the best motel 6 we have been to.

The bed was large and it was nice to have a fridge. The fence around the motel made us feel a bit more at ease..

the building had a metal security fence outside, not clear in pics, felt very threatening, could only enter through security gate. the staff were appalling, miserable, disinterested, did the bare minimum. security van in car park! microwave didn't work (didn't report as was only there 1 night and didn't want to drag my daughter round to the window). Room smelt badly (maybe dank smell, couldnt identify what it was but not smoke, weed, etc but not fresh). bath was rusty chipped stained, badly filled and overpainted bald patches on walls. very dark room, filthy windows, when you turn over the metal bed base clanged, loo seat wrong size and swerved sideways, cistern was wonky on wall. Only 2 plastic beakers in room

Room was on ground floor so parked at the door and didn't worry about who I might encounter on the stairs. The room had some of the basic facilities required and was clean, cheap, served its purpose, I arrived, I slept, I showered, I left. Though the place felt intimidating on arrival and my 18 year old was reluctant to leave us "in that place", infact there was no noise or disruption during the night, no one hanging about. The main room looked like a fair attempt had been made at modernising it cheaply, was not too bad

The room I was put in wasn't the one asked for, but when I got in the telephone & TV didn't work. So they put me in another room (the room I'd asked for) No spread on the bed, not a decent lock on door water was very hot! Towels were hard.

Bathroom was disgusting, marks everywhere, skirting boards all dusty, dead bugs on the tables, spiders and cobwebs on the floor, few bugs crawling on the floor, tap was eroded with limescale, sheets had alot of wear and tear, pillow not plump and comfortable.

The only positive thing this place has going is how cheap it is and proximity to downtown. Also the gated car park for security. Other than that, everything else is under average but was willing to bat an eyelid seeing as it was just a place to crash for 2 days.

Clearly the cleaning and the lining and the horrible smell of smoke in the room.

They did not do of good job of keeping the room clean I had to go get cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom and the night stands. They never changed my sheets or pillows cases . The room smells bad like smoke I go purchase air fresheners but of the sting smoke smells. There were cigarettes burns in the think comforter on the bed.

Difficult to locate, and as difficult to enter as a visitor to a prison. The location is clearly a security issue. Impossible to locate staff when you need them. Coffee machine didn't work
