There is always room for improvement- there were no slippers in the room, there was only one shampoo and one conditioner in a couple’s room . The outdoor area could have been cleaner.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The hotel is close to everything on foot and by car. The room was clean adn the staff is very polite. I would like to give my thanks to the nice guy that cooked our breakfast in the morning!

I would have loved to get into the hot tub but due to covid it was closed.

I love the fact that I could just walk out my room and right there, there's someone to cook my breakfast for me fresh and hot.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is close to tons of shops and restaurants but located on a quiet street. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The bed is super comfortable and there is plenty of hot water in the shower. The best part is the staff, they are so friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the amazing hospitality, we would love to come back to visit!!

Even when the place is really cute, it needs some tender loving care. The patio is a really nice area, but the cushions are stained, some of the planters are broken, the roof of the gazebo had broken pieces hanging on top of the area where the chairs with the stained cushions were. It is a really nice place, but taking care of those details could be the difference between nice and incredible.

The place is really pretty, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was bigger than expected, A/C was good and quiet. Breakfast was fresh / made to order. Staff was really nice.

The comforter on the bed was covered with lipstick or something stained in red along with the two robes that were hanging on the bathroom door. Needles to say we didn’t use the comforter or robes. The walls and light chandelier were covered thick dust as well.

Location was great. Walking distance to anywhere that you wanted to go to on South beach. Very quite and peaceful. The breakfast good and the hosts nice.

2 nights in row fire alarm went off at night. Manager was aware about this problem after 1 night but she did not do anything about it and on the next night was the same problem. Emergency lights were blinking so badly, did horrible noise, woke up whole hostel and nobody could sleep.

GOSIA at the front desk was so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the ladies who made it were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent, also it was very quiet.

Beautiful back patio area with plenty of seating plus a pergola with curtains and loveseats. Very serene. Very comfortable beds and breakfast options were very tasty. Staff are wonderful and friendly. We felt welcome immediately!
