Room advertised as free breakfast. Was disappointed that was not offered. Had a zoom meeting in the morning and was looking forward to not having to leave the facility to pick up breakfast. Noticed mold on the wall by the desk. Clock by the bed had never been wiped out in some time.

The outside of the refrigerator was rusted and there was a yellow stain on the toilet lid.

I felt like it was very expensive for what it was. We paid over $200 for our basic room woth 2 full size beds.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds and pillows were also very comfy.

Hall carpet was filthy. Elevator door had pile of trash in track. Room edges weren't vacuumed well. I picked up wad of paper, bottle cap, trash, in room. The first room we had, had large torn areas on wallpaper and lot of mildew or mold on ceiling. I asked to be changed to another room, which they did without hesitation.

The beds were comfortable. Room was quiet.

Put the sign up in a better location about maid service. Didn't see the sign explaining about service and wondered why did not get clean towels.

With Covid being a factor they did all they could do. The location was fantastic the staff was very nice and the room was clean. I will be back soon for another visit

The property was dirty, floor was sticky, food from the previous occupant was still in the room but we needed a place to stay and most places were sold out or outrages prices

I was traveling home and needed to stop and rest. I found this room to be more reasonable than all the others in the area. When I turned in the parking lot I had to go up this huge steep hill. My trailer hit and it broke my lights off the back. Parking was a missing with how small the parking lot is considered to the size of the hotel. The outside was not that clean and the side of the hotel there was a person doing mechanical work at 11:30 at night. The room had a moist musty smell to it. The TV did not have signal so I was not able to watch it. The bathroom had hairs in the since and I could tell that it was not cleaned that well.

I liked that the price was not like all the other hotels in the same area.

I was upset bc on TV just one channel worked. Not worthy to pay $114 when even TV doesn't work.The radio didn't work even( we wanted to listen music)

The smell of weed was very strong!!! And the walls are paper thin and there was no FREE breakfast like it’s says when you book this hotel. But the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable

The carpets were in terrible condition. The shower fan did not work, the toilet seat was falling off and the toilet itself leaned. The room reeked of the odor of marijuana. When I booked the room, it was with the understanding a breakfast was included but we had to go and get breakfast each morning because they were not serving breakfast "due to the health department". The panel on the front of the A/C was smashed and falling apart.

I like the location and it is close to restaurants and stores along with the local attractions. It is ideal for lower rates on hotels and in between Gulf shores an Mobile attractions.

Fridge has mold. The room felt nasty. The bathroom was not cleaned good. There was hair in the shower/tub. The pillows has stains. I would not stay again 😒

Toilet needed to be attached properly to the floor. Little strange when it’s moving around on you. Book was stuck to bed side table in the morning. Obviously needed cleaning. Nice bed but the building is showing it’s age.
