Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe staff was a bit unprofessional could use a refresher in customer service and perhaps more training on checking in. Check in took about 25 minutes with preregistration. We rented two rooms and the first room was tiny for the price. The second room we reserved for our parents was larger and nicer than the room we stayed in. The pool was not as clean as we would like so we did not get in. Breakfast was ok not very much selection.
The hotel was nice, wonderful location. The parking was spacious the facilities were clean. There was a diner next door to the hotel so that was a plus.

United StatesYou do not offer drinking water to guests. The room is to expensive for not offering water in the room. The vending machines were out of drinking water. Your vending machines in the building had no drinking water. Add drinking water to the food menu. Also add water to the lobby. I recommend you to have a water dispenser for people to fill a cup of water on their arrival or while they wait in the lobby.
The people were wonderful. Treated with respect and very friendly.

United StatesThere was a roach like bug in our room that we had to kill. Breakfast was continental, no eggs or bacon etc...but it was better than no breakfast :)
The staff was nice, lobby and rooms looked and smelled clean. Beds were comfortable and nice. There was a waffle house restaurant in the parking lot that also had other foods.

The receptionist and manager were very nice and friendly. Continental breakfast was very good and the area has plenty of seating. The area was clean and organized. Room was clean and spacious.

United StatesTV was a little small for viewing. Bed appeared comfortable at first, however, sleeping became quite a struggle as the mattress was too hard. Not enough outlets to charge phone, tablet, and the like. The bathroom held a small sink, which didn't leave any room to place cosmetics or other toiletry products. No counter space. Continental breakfast could have been a little better. Breakfast area was right in the lobby by the check inn desk, and hotel staff had a loud argument about a customer complaint, which involved dirty guest rooms. Management and cleaning personnel went back and forth about whether the rooms had been cleaned or not.
Room was clean. All was well maintained and in working condition.

United StatesI got to use the gym only one day because they started replacing the rug the last two days I was there. The air conditioner in the gym was not cooling well. I told the front desk before I left that our room 206, the towel rack in the bathroom was falling apart.
The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed.
