I was looking for a place to sleep.. It was quiet, I felt safe, the room suited my needs. A few things I did expect was at least a clock and kleenix tissues. The things available in the morning were vending machines and coffee.... The hotel did offer 20% off an I-HOP breakfast which for some reason, did not even have tea. It took them 3 tries to get my order correct as well....bummer!

I expected bare basics, it was as expected. I was looking for a place to sleep.. It was quiet, I felt safe, the room suited my needs.

The pool was closed and looked like the walls were falling off. Everywhere had a weird smell luckily the room didn’t smell like the hallways or elevator. No breakfast, no shampoo or conditioner only a bar of soap no extra towels or pillows. bad customer service. 40-50 a night stay at best not 100 per night..

Booked specific hotel for the indoor pool and hotub which were not open and did not know until after we checked in. Prepaid for room and then was told we would pay an additional $20.00 deposit. Not a hold, not a credit card authorization, but $20 fee. The hot water took a long time to get hot, over 20 mins, and did not have enough water pressure to work. The girl working front desk did not know enough English to understand any of the questions we asked her. The bed spread in room was dingy, had many burn marks, and huge slashes in it. The pictures on the site must have been taken many, many years ago and were very misleading. I have worked in many hotels, and for several hotel chains, like Holiday, Super 8, Comfort Suites and Best Western, and would NEVER have left a bedspread in a room that was in that bad of condition.

Person above us very loud asked front desk 3 times to ask the person to stop being loud. It didn't solve the issue. They kept stomping instead of walking like a normal person. Always moving heavy furniture around banging on things. Dropping things constantly. They never seem to just sit down They are always very loud hard to get any sleep have to blast the TV up but that doesn't work. Just very rude. I work and so do my fiance we work early hours in the morning. We just want some peace without all the loud unnecessary noise because we made a complaint about the noise. It's always nonstop never any silence. We like this place we only ask for peace and a comfy clean room and washer and dryer available.

We asked front desk to have the person above us be quiet. They just got louder and louder non stop constantly stomping walking extremely hard moving furniture around banging on the desk. Had hard time going to sleep. It seems they always put us right under someone who is constantly loud and you can't hear your own TV. Plus they refused to give us our deposit because the girl was not in the office at 4am we both work early mornings. So we return the key after we got off work and told my boyfriend I called and came and got the deposit which was a lie since we both were at work. They still refused to give us our cash deposit not the first time. If the young girl wasn't having guys meet her at her job maybe we would've got our money back. Same girl as last time. She is real young maybe 18.

The toilet wasn't completely attached to the floor. The window seat was wonderful. But the cushion was stained and smelled. The curtain also smelled.

The mattress was comfortable. The room was clean other then the window seat.

I was in room 211, and the noise and running of the floor above me made for a loud stay until about 9:00 at night then It stopped. I called the desk to complain of the noise but it continued.
