I was kind of disappointed that one of the staff wasn't really helpful . Which were in charge of the graveyard shift . Luckily, they changed shifts and two of the staff solved my issues..

I loved how cozy the rooms were. I loved their pool area , it was closed in and had chairs with tables to sit and enjoy a nice sunny day outside. The lobby area was very nice. They served really good breakfast 🥞🍳. Have a bar area . You can order drinks to your room . They offer a free shuttle to pick you up from the airport and drop you off if needed. The price is worth the stay .

Extremely unprofessional, I was charged twice and was told to call the accountant so I could get a refund. it’s been a month since my stay and I’ve called over 30 times since then, I’m always told that the manager & accountant are out and to call back later. I call again & im told that the person has not returned. I’m always given excuses about the whereabouts of the manager and accountant. like I said it’s already been a month & they still have not refunded me, it’s like they’re purposely ignoring me as to not give me my refund. I’ve given them my number to call me back to several staff members & I have yet to receive a call back from the manager & accountant.

dirty corridors, very low quality rooms, no ironpad nor iron in the room. upon check in we were informed that there is no hot water as they are fixing it, but in a. ouple of hours this should be ok. we did not have hot water even in the next morning either. whentelling it tothe receptionist she did not really show any interest. breakfast is horrible…

Diiiirty pool. In the room curtains were falling off, floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, stains on mattresses & the beds were barely even beds. Would sink in the middle and that was just with my little kids on there. The restroom, omg... super small & dirty. Some of the furniture was chipped and broken. There was trash and even old mattresses by the side entrance of the place. I paid for my room on an app, and they have a no refund policy. So I had no other choice but to stay here.

The only good thing about this place was the friendly staff.

The room was clean and the location was central to the city. The decor was modern and really nice. My daughter had a wonderful time in the room, she is a toddler so it was safe and she could walk freely. I had a great stay and I will be returning.

Airport told me that Clarion didn't have a shuttle to and from, I tried calling phone number on website, phone rang and rang , was not answered... I booked my stay based on convenience of not needing a car, I ended up taking a taxi from airport, later was told there was a shuttle afterall by the hotel...

Didn't have a phone, didn't have tiolet paper, didn't have a remote for the TV. Another room had a dog in their room and kept us up all night. Room could have been cleaned better.

We didn’t like that the mattress was old and our room had no microwave. The facets in the shower were not properly marked. The water pressure was weak. We were there for 5 nights and our towels were not changed.

Everything, the beds were fairly low, very uncomfortable. Room was hot/muggy, AC worked but not cold air. Pool was FILTHY. Door to first floor hallway was damaged, wouldn’t lock from the outside. Drive up area to check in was blocked off.

Wasn’t impressed with the site much, glad it was just a quick overnight stay. I didn’t check on the breakfast.
