Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is our second stay at the Staybridge Suites Missoula. We found it last year and decided it was worth the extra effort to stay there this year. The facility fit our family needs with the two-room suite. But the staff really makes one feel great as they show great pride in their workplace place. The welcoming flowers and greeters at the desk make one feel right at home. The amazing and ever changing (best ever) breakfasts and the evening receptions are really perks that matter. The free laundry was so nice. We wish that it could be found in other places! Thanks to all that make this a great place for the road warriors to stay at. (Should I mention that they even had games for check out, including Rummy Cubes?)

They struggled in delivering us the king bed room we had booked and tried to relocate us to a double Queen room after telling us that the suite we had booked was actually not available. After confusing statements and 15 mins of wait, they finally gave us the king size bed suite we had booked. Check out process was equally awkward. Although the staff is warm and welcoming, they need training in better handling online bookings.

United StatesThe price. We booked this room the weekend of the marathon. It was also the 50 mile Bitterroot garage sales. The cost for two nights for a one queen bed room was a couple dollars shy of my rent for a month. However, it was that way at most places in town. Do t get me wrong, I will go back, its just crazy.... next time I will book WAY in advance to avoid this issue.
We were able to find rooms for two nights when most places in town were completely sold out. Staybridge is one of my favorite places to stay. The staff was accommodating with our request to stay on the top (4th) floor. We are both light sleepers and it always seems like we get 'stompers' above us. Thankfully they had space to move us. The room faced the back side, we could see the patio area and basketball court. Even though people were playing basketball, you could barely hear them. I love the kitchen in our room. A full sized refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, couch w/ lounger, and the mirror with the soft light coming from behind it, really nice.

United StatesWonderful hotel. We arrived in time for the start of the social time they do. Free drinks and served burgers to the guests. The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a suite and it was wonderful! As soon as we opened the door it had a wonderful aroma of lemons and cleanliness. The suite was well appointed and comfortable. We were in town for a concert. So, when we arrived back at 11pm the hotel was well lit and quiet. We got to our room and went to sleep with no issues on noise or light. When we woke up we had to head home asap for work, so we did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, we will next stay. The free breakfast buffet was excellent! Good variety for health conscience folks. Had variety of drinks and good food! Highly recommend the stay.
