I paid USD 50 for security deposit using my Credit Card. I was told it would be returned back on my credit card in 5 business days. It has been over 10 days and i'm still waiting for it.

We always go to Gilroy Gardens and stay at BW on Rt.152 but over the last few years we have not been happy with homeless in the parking lot. We searched for a different motel and location and found your motel. We liked this location much better. It's right off the freeway and easy access to stores and restaurants and much safer. The breakfast was fantastic.

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast. The gravy for the biscuit and gravy was really good. However, the biscuit was cold. It also looked like the eggs were powdered eggs. It looked like cauliflower rice size and tasted a bit off. Additionally, there was no protein side like bacon or sausage. Not necessarily needed, but it would have been nice.

The check in process was easy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room was good. The location to our wedding event was pretty close.

the jacuzzi kept going off while in jacuzzi relaxing, the manager at first was helpful, but when I had to ask again to fix , he was not nice about it, his tone towards me was not appreciated, the other 2 staff were very nice. it was a young man’s and lady, the tall thin guy, which I believe was a manager he was not nice .

So when we got there we noticed the fridge wasn’t cold enough but we gave it some time. The next day we get back from being out all day and realize our drinks aren’t cold. I called front desk and the guy who answered was just trying to brush it off. He said “it won’t work if the door’s open all day” and then when I told him we had been gone all day he then makes up another reason why it would stop being cold something about it shutting off so the coils don’t burn out. I had to insist for him to send someone to check on it. Thankfully the maintenance guy noticed the issue and replaced it quickly

Breakfast, pool and hot tub were all a nice touch. Everything was nice and clean when we got there. Great location right off the freeway

The bathtub stopper did not stay open when taking a shower so the water did not drain and started to fill the bathtub.

Can't think of a thing for improvement.

We thought the breakfast was just great--lots of choices. The room was very spacious, bed was amazingly comfortable. We stayed at this property before Hampton Inn took it over. It's beautifully remodeled.

I was in town training a colleague. I didn't want to train in my room. I asked the front desk person if there was a quiet area we could do this. The hotel has many meeting rooms. I was told no...I'd have to sit in the lobby or breakfast area. That was fine but then he went on to say all of the meeting rooms were booked. ... I was here for 3 days and only saw one meeting room in use on the last day ....before that, it was a ghost town . I'm fine being told no but being lied to doesn't sit well. There was a woman with a service dog that was clearly marked as such. She was told by the breakfast attendendant that she could not have the dog in the breakfast lounge. After pointing out that the dog was a lifesaving service dog, the attendant conceded in she could have the dog at the table but he could not go with her to get food. The woman's husband had to get her food since she could not be without the dog. Staff need to have a clear understanding of ADA regulations. Some staff were beyond professional and accommodating. Others seemed bored and didn't want to be bothered.

There were a few staff members that really stood out but James was exceptional. He attended to needs in a very professional manner and was exactly the type of personality you hope for.when staying at a hotel. The room.was smaller but very clean and well laid out. While typical hotel breakfast food, there were a lot of choices and it was very clean and attended to.

The day we were checking out the gentleman at the counter was rude. I didn't catch his name but he was wearing a black facemask. The Worker the night before was super friendly...literally the two guys were night and day😒 I believe the night workers name was James..he was super nice and welcoming unlike the guy in the morning...he needs to learn how to treat his guests.
