Hotel room itself had odd stains in random parts of the room with signs of wear and tear in odd places. An alright place but pictures are definitely different to what you experience.

The beds are very comfortable. Definitely a older hotel with a need of a update. Staff was very professional but didn’t interact with them much. I have to emphasize the best thing about the hotel is definitely the bed.

when I checked in there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. the bar tender had to call someone look for him. the website never stated there was a $50 per day parking fee, to which I want a reimbursement for.

So disappointed with my stay in Beverly Hills at the Mosaic Hotel room smell was unbearable — like sewerage smell and I called the receptionist and told them about the issue with no success in taking proper actions. In addition, Everyday I found cockroaches (I have pictures) in the room and I called the receptionist to see it by them self and they saw it without any action. Then they told me that they will wave Resort Fee but they didn’t?! The room above and around was so so noisy I hear when they walk in the room or speak, neighbor noise reach the room and I can’t sleep in at night and I wake up early morning because of the noise. I have stied for around 16 days I’d it is not more , where I found that The rate and price is too high for daily rate. Definitely not worth the rate i paid. Security measures were questionable!! It has been now three weeks since I checked out and I didn’t receive my deposit/ secure amount I put which the hotel holds on my cards…. So disappointed!

I was expecting a four stars hotel, not book for us a room in extention building of the hotel. my friend couldn't sleep because no heater and was so cold. no elevator in the extention building so just imagine how we will caring our bags.

The beds and showers are fantastic. The pool is small, but very nice. We love the location and the staff is so anxious to meet your needs.

Management doesn't seem to care much about their clients. The air conditioning was broken when we checked in. Management knew this but didn't advise. They fixed it when we called to complain. The property advertises free wifi but charge a Resort Fee that they justify saying it is for wifi and the two small water bottles they left in the room. I find this dishonest and misleading. They asked if I parked in their lot and I informed them I was parked in a handicapped space with a placard. They did not disclose there was a $42 fee for that. Had I known I could have parked on the street with the placard, even though it requires a permit. I voiced my dissatisfaction at checkout. The front desk said they would "make note"of it but offered no relief.

I've stayed here a number of times over the years. Great location, comfortable bed. Rooms are a bit small but adequate. Housekeeping and cleanliness are very good, as are the sheets.

The rooms could definitely use a renovation though. All the furnishings are a bit worn, the bathroom smelled like a drain that could use cleaning and the air conditioning was so terribly loud that I had to turn it off at night because I wouldn't have slept a wink otherwise. I don't know if you have to ask for it, but I didn't get room service once during my 6-day stay. Since I had enough towels, I did not ask for it.

While the hotel and rooms are not worth the price, the location definitely is. It is absolutely central yet quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The staff is also friendly.

Really need to update the description of products in the bedroom you get (no Bvlgari products). My room never got made up when I requested with the buttons by the door. Air Con really loud and dated.

Sheets were scratchy. Smell to the whole place. Laundry was drying in public space overnight. Noisy music at night Construction in front and didn't say when booked. More of motel than hotel!

We were never informed that room cleaning was "on demand only" until we realized at about 4 pm that noone had cleaned our room. We went to the desk and were told the above for the first time. And they even had trouble finding clean towels at that hour, saying that the housekeeping staff had gone home for the night!

The kitchen was closed the next day so we couldn’t order anything, that definitely changed the experience at the hotel. It wouldn’t be the first option to either stay again or recommend. Other than the location, this hotel is overpriced, you can find a better option for a lower price.

The location was perfect, the staff was professional at all times, bed was extremely comfortable.
