The bar wasn't great- usuallly disorganized and the free wine didn't happen the night I actually went to have it. But kindly the woman at the front desk gave me a free glass when I got to my room around 8 pm which she didn't have to! The room service food was very mediocre- so I mostly went out or brought in take out. Also, I can't stand the scent in the lobby- it's really strong and I would never want to eat down there for that reason.

The woman at the front desk- Phillipa was so helpful as were all the front desk people, but I mostly interacted with her and she was always friendly and helpful. The location is great- I was there for a surgical proceudure and it was close to the venue. Literally within 3 blocks. Lots of great spots to eat. And exercise.

Bar service was ok. They didn't have the free wine the first night I was here that they advertised. Bar tender missing for a bit when I first got here but he was nice when he showed up.

Rooms are very small. The clock was not reset to the proper time post daylight savings. There are no fans in the bathroom.

Location is great; staff is friendly and attentive; lobby is simple but elegant and clean; pool area is comfortable. Nice thermostat for the room rather than a window unit. I would stay here again for this price. Much nicer than the Marriott down the street for not much more money.

We had to call multiple times to get ice and extra pillows. The lady at the front said it was on the way. Nothing came. I called up again and she said she had forgotten. Again nothing came. Then we called again and still nothing came. At that point my sister that was caring for me post-up had to go downstairs. The same happened the next day when I asked for help with luggage. I had to call twice to get someone to come up. I did kindly complain the next day about the poor room service and asked if they could comp my parking ($50) for the inconvenience which they did respect and I greatly appreciated. Still not the overall type of experience once would expect while staying in Beverly Hills. Everything else was great just don’t expect to get prompt service.

Dinner was delicious. Ordered the shrimp scampi. Location was excellent. Rooms were comfy and clean. Staff were friendly. When I complained about the room service and asked for compensation they agreed.

Poor lighting in the bathroom, so hard to see when putting on makeup, shaving, etc. Room not cleaned after each night unless you ask. Not explained by reception staff. Poor quality breakfast for the price. $50 per night parking charge for hire car.

I was charged $50 for parking, which is a fee that I didn't know about. The hotel has ample parking and I feel should not charge for parking. I was told that Booking.com was the problem. I should have been informed that there was a parking fee. In addition to the room rate, there were extra charges of Visitor Tax and State Tax, which were more than 100 dollars, too much!

Nice little hotel on a quiet side street just in Beverly Hills. Nice pool area with bonfire, bar, and restaurant. All kind of tucked away. Helpful staff. Enjoyable.

When I checked out the lady on reception wanted to charge me for a breakfast l did not have. I was disappointed in her attitude as she virtually accused me of lying. I was not impressed. I asked to speak to the manager who was not available. My lift to the airport was kept waiting. Finally the lady at reception managed to speak to the manager who sorted it out. Just so careless and not what you expect.

I have stayed at this hotel at least five times… the bedroom furniture is looking tired. I had to change rooms as my room was very noisy. It smelled of cigarette smoke. The coffee facilities had not been renewed and the sheets looked grubby. I had a feeling that the room had not be serviced properly. The room l moved to was excellent

It seems like there are a lot of updates that need to be made. When I was there in the summer the air conditioning was broken and there was no other room so I had to move hotels. This past weekend I got there and my room smelled like mold and when I walked over by the window the carpeting was soaking wet. How your staff does not recognize things like this I don't know. In addition to that, many areas have scuff marks need to be painted and updated especially with a Beverly Hills address.

The property had a good level of cleanliness, but underneath the bed was grim. Parking per night was $40 which is quite steep when you’ve already paid a premium price for your room.

The property is a good central location, with a short drive to most areas of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful.
